Nestled only 7 miles west of Amarillo, TX sits one of the largest and most beautiful event venues in the area! We are easy to find right off I-40 and have the most beautiful West Texas sunsets you can ever imagine! We are a family owned and operated business and have been open since 2014. We built the venue from the ground up, and have many years experience in weddings and events. Growing up, we were always the ones hosting our family gatherings. One day, we decided to share our love for hosting and hospitality with others. Thus, Cornerstone Ranch was born. We hope to share your special day with you and be part of your story.

The Grove At Stone Creek is located just to the west of Stone Creek and features an all outdoor wedding or event venue. You’ll find a large covered area that has an adjoining courtyard with large pecan trees and luscious grass. This venue also has a large bridal suite with it’s own restroom, a groom’s dressing room, and an indoor foyer and restrooms. The Grove also allows for our famous Tuscan package, which is the basic rental of this facility, do it yourself style. Our staff is always available to lend expert advice in all areas of your event.

Our beautiful facility is located downtown in the old Coca-Cola bottling plant in Lubbock's historic Depot District. The space includes a lofty interior, tasting room, and outdoor patio, available to rent together or separately for a variety of events and soirées of all sorts! If you would like more information and to see our space, we welcome you to contact our Hospitality Director to schedule an appointment. To confirm a date for an event, a signed contract must be received along with payment of one-half of the total venue rental fee.

In 1995 the historic apple orchards that put became the host to a new summer camp, brought about by the owner of Darnell Apple Orchard. The owner is an architect and builder, who designed and constructed the main dining hall, and five group cabins as summer-only buildings. A year later Scott and Spencer Garrett, the developers of New Mexico Sports and Wellness recreational clubs, purchased the Apple Wood Camp and renamed it Apple Mountain Camp. Their goal was not only to create a summer camp facility but to develop a high-altitude sports training facility. Their dream reached reality when in 1997 and 1998 swimming gold medallists Tom Jager and Janet Evans used Apple Mountain to host their Gold Medal Swim Camp. In 1999 the Garrett’s sold their recreational clubs to a national chain but retained ownership in Apple Mountain Camp. In 2000, Scott purchased all remaining shares of AMC and commenced a significant remodeling and expansion effort, renaming the facility Manzano Mountain Retreat.
