We are a married couple of photographers. Within years of career, we discovered what’s really matters - we want to make people happy. Weddings have it all: new interesting people, touching stories, warm family relationships, tears. A lot of tears! Oh, don’t forget dances and sparklers! So, it’s fun! 🙂 Also, we love weddings because it’s the most challenging kind of photography in the field, it combines all the genres. It make you think, move and react quickly in constantly changing surrounding. We have no room for mistakes. So It’s never boring! 🙂

I knew from the very first conversation on the phone with Eddie that he was going to be our photographer. Not only was he extremely thorough with everything but his personality just shined right through the phone. When we finally met in person, it felt like meeting an old friend. Our day was absolutely perfect and our pictures phenomenal!

I believe love is love and happily photograph couples of all backgrounds, orientations, religions and gender expressions. I aim to create authentic and emotive images for my clients and edit true to color so the work will be timeless. My personality is friendly and warm, which helps make my couples feel at ease and open up in front of the camera. I donate $100 from every wedding day package to a non profit organization (either the ACLU, End the Backlog or the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation) because I believe paying it forward in honor of love is an excellent first step into marriage.

My spouse and I have had the pleasure of working with Jenna 3 times. Soon to be 4. We lucked out by finding Jenna for our elopement ceremony. She was able to accommodate our schedule, understood our vision for the multiple locations (walking distance) and exceeded the expectations that we had. She was able to find the light, deal with the wind and produce beautiful photos that only a true artist can capture with their eye. Jenna was instrumental in utilizing our time with her by doing a little prep work to make the day of go smoother (list of must get photos, our end goal for photos). While planning a family celebration Jenna was our first choice and our long standing photo relationship became official! Jenna made a small party look like a lively event. It made our family members very happy to capture the moments. During our engagement shoot Jenna indulged my need for a literal costume change. She captured our natural state of being silly and reigned us in to do the engagement shots you all want to have for your memories. We look forward to having the friend reception in which Jenna will be capturing our "Wedding Party" and the subsequent costume reception. Jenna has an artistic eye for the classical, modern and quirky. We have literally tried it all with her and have been amazed every time. The feeling you get when you see the email of your preview or full gallery being available is priceless.

You know that all encompassing feeling when you’re revisiting a vivid memory? You can smell the fresh air, feel the way the sun hits your face just so, hear the voice of the loved one next to you, remember the joke that they delivered and instantly you’re laughing all over again. That magic is what I hope to capture as your photographer. It’s my job to hold those moments in time so that they don’t have to fade. You’ll forever be able to revisit the moment, see the exact way they smiled, revisit that incredible sunset, relive the memory and turn back time.

Jessica Yurko was my favorite part of planning my wedding - no, I’m serious! January 2023 - we had just booked our venue and we were starting to look into other vendors. It was overwhelming and as a person with a lot of anxiety, the idea of reaching out to strangers was daunting to me. However, as I clicked through Jessica’s website, the anxiety started to ebb. I would later learn that every Jess says and does is embused with complete earnesty and passion, and without realizing it, that earnesty was reading loud on clear to me on her website. I reached out and sent her a long, rambly story about how I met and became engaged to my husband, and I’m almost certain I didn’t proofread it, so it was probably riddled with typos, and I hit send and started to hope that she had our date free and didn’t mind dealing with a tiny, crazy person. Jessica reached out and was immediately SO nice and kind and…well, excited to talk to me. We scheduled out first zoom and over the course of about an hour it felt like we became friends. We both showed off our dogs, talked about our favorite movies, made jokes, laughed at bad puns - and all of this while she was professionally explaining to me what the wedding photography process was like, what her packages entailed, and what to expect moving forward. The good feelings I had grew, and were clearly mutual and we had a contract out and signed without 24 hours. Leading up to the wedding, her communications were clear and everything she asked us to do made sense. She made sure our shot list was exactly what we wanted it to be, and even made suggestions based on her experience here or there. I had a few silly requests too which she took in stride and helped plan out to a T. On the day of the wedding she was EARLY. Early! The woman is magic, I swear. She immediately clicked with my bridesmaids and helped me make the day feel even more special for them (it was already super special for me - I was the bride!). She corralled us all and kept us on schedule while taking what turned out to be AMAZING shots. In wedding photos, you do a lot of looking at your loved ones and “laughing” - laughing is in quotes because it can feel awkward to force a laugh. But Jessica helped us really laugh and smile, and all the genuine affection my husband and I felt for each other and our wedding party really comes through in every photograph. I look at each photo and remember each moment, and I’m so glad we hired Jess to capture them. By the end of the night, my husband and I felt like she was our friend. And so did our friends! The bridesmaids were chatting her up all night. My cousins called me over to tell me they loved her - she’d given them some advice about what to do with their hands in a picture pose. When we got our pictures backed, in a little email with a subject line: smile mail!, I was once again reminded how lucky I felt to have worked with this woman. And you best believe that every time I have the chance, I will be recommending her services and seeking her out for my own needs every chance I get. Jessica Yurko, I love you!!

When I’m not photographing freaking awesome people, you can find me sitting on the couch in my husband's pajama pants, drinking coffee, snuggling my pets, and editing. Coffee and snuggles are my two primary love languages. My favorite Netflix binges are The Office, Shameless, and Friday Night Lights. Clear eyes, full heart. Speed date: I’m obsessed with Vermont, avocados, dark chocolate, and cats. Pinterest is only my friend for recipes. My favorite fair food is fried dough but I’m allergic to it - what kind of cruel joke is that? I didn’t study photography in college (gasp), but I did study music, and that kind of relates...right?

Erica is AMAZING!!! From our very first consultation call with her, my fiancé and I knew she was the best choice for our engagement shoot and wedding. We laughed and chatted and felt comfortable right off the bat. I have been told that you end up being around your wedding photographer more than almost anyone else on your wedding day - so it's super important you feel comfortable around them, so I was thrilled to feel like I have known her for years just over a Zoom call! Then, she managed to fit us in her schedule last minute, and drive over 3 hours to us in the Greater Boston area to shoot at the Arnold Arboretum! Talk about going above and beyond!!!! She frolicked around the park in the cold with us, LITERALLY climbing in and out of bushes and trees to get these gorgeous shots. You couldn't tell by the photos... but I was super duper nervous going into the shoot. I’m not a huge fan of my picture being taken… and the thought a professional camera made me feel extremely anxious. But Erica was so kind, and calm, and made me laugh and feel comfortable literally immediately!!! My fiancé and I are sooooo awkward too, but she expertly posed us in many different ways that make us look like pros LOL! A day that I had so much anxiety for… ended up being such a blast for both of us, truly. JUST THE SHOOT IN ITSELF will be a wonderful memory we will cherish forever. And then she got us the photos in record time, I couldn't believe it! So fast!!! And to no surprise, they were all incredible. It's so hard to choose a favorite, I have like 10 haha. I am beyond excited to have her shoot our wedding in the future. Five stars for EVERYTHING! Seriously. She is so incredibly talented!!!!

I have been photographing weddings for 12 years and I love every second of it! I live in the Hudson Valley, but I travel all over the world for weddings. I started photographing weddings in college on the side and once I graduated I knew I wanted to continue to pursue weddings! If you'd like to inquire, please do so through my website!

Jordan was truly the best photographer we could’ve ever asked for for our wedding. From the moment we met her we both felt so comfortable in front of the camera. Our photos came out better than our wildest dreams and we will cherish them forever.

I grew up in Amagansett, NY, one town away from Montauk, hanging out at the ocean, riding horses, and photographing my plastic Breyer horse models in different scenarios with my little crappy film camera, always searching for the perfect light. I have since moved on to photographing people with better equipment and I still always search for that perfect light. I now live in the lovely Hudson Valley after a long stint in NYC and Brooklyn where I trained under fashion and editorial photographers before starting my own photography business almost 20 years ago. Full disclosure, I'm a little scared of the ocean.

Cappy was referred to my husband and me by a coworker and it was the best decision we could have made. Not only is she extremely talented, but she is one of the most joyful people we've ever met. She made the entire process a breeze and really fun. We started our working relationship with her when we decided to do an engagement shoot by the beach in Long Island. She made us look and feel like models. She spent so much time with us and was so flexible driving around to different locations and even scouted locations that we did not even think about. Since our engagement shoot was a full year before the wedding, we were able to get to know her and felt extremely comfortable for the wedding day. We also missed her dearly in between events! When it came to the wedding day, it was like she was part of the family. She was so professional, clear, and made family photos quick and easy before the actual wedding. Her assistant, Joe, was just as wonderful! Cappy even found the perfect "first look" location for us. During the actual wedding and reception, she was a ninja as we had no idea she was taking our photos as we enjoyed the evening. We had a hard time saying goodbye too! When we got our photos back we were stunned. She knew how to capture every moment and we felt like we can relive the best day of our lives over and over. Thank you, Cappy!

If I have a camera in my hands, then I am most definitely smiling. Photography has been my passion since I was a teenager and I love bringing that passion to weddings. I strive to capture all the intimate details that make a wedding truly personal. Don't be surprised if you see me crying during the parent dances, it's one of my favorite moments :)

Awarded Best of Zola
Sarah goes above and beyond! She is so professional, an excellent communicator and truly an artist. She seems to do everything she can to make your time working with her as easy as possible and your wedding day photography seamlessly blend into the day's events. We had so much fun working with her and curating some really creative and striking images that felt like a romantic getaway from the crowd and not like we were missing out on the party. Sarah puts a lot of effort into your relationship from the beginning which makes it feel like you have another helpful friend/bridesmaid/coordinator and not at all awkward in front of the camera. I could not have asked for a better photography experience for my wedding. We even got our preview gallery so fast we were able to see in on our honeymoon which was extra special. We can't wait to see the rest of the pictures and create our photo album! Thank you Sarah!

We’re Hudson Valley wedding photographers that want to see you at your happiest. Every love story is unique, and we want to make sure yours is captured naturally and exactly as you want to remember it. Let us make your wedding photography experience comfortable, relaxed and beautiful.

From the beginning, we loved that M&K's photos really reflected the joy and authenticity of each couple they worked with. They gave us exactly that - but even better, we had the BEST time with them, both in our engagement shoot, and on our wedding day. Throughout the enetire process, M&K were there for us with advice, vendor suggestions, and to talk through any questions we may have. Then on the wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a thing! They executed our timeline perfectly, captured perfect and unexpected moments, and helped bring some of our most ambitious ideas to life! They were fun to spend time with, but gave us the space to really be present during our wedding day. So grateful to have them as partners throughout this process, and highly recommend making them your photographers!

Hey! I'm Nina. I'm a pretty energetic and charismatic person that loves love and enjoys life. Documenting through photo is my favorite thing on this planet. I've been a professional photographer since 2016 but really I've been invested in photography since I was 15 years old. My love for documenting moments came from a desire to capture my own life and that of my friends using disposable cameras to using flip phone cameras and point and shoot digital cameras on beach trips with friends. I have used writing, art, and photo to document my life and it is an incredibly special thing to be able to share that with my clients.

Clean Plate Pictures

New Paltz, NY
  • Photojournalistic style

Clean Plate Pictures began when Erica Beckman left her fancy Photo Editor job at The Wall Street Journal to photograph happy couples full-time - guess what? Weddings are way more fun. Erica earned her degree in photography and uses her twenty years of experience in the industry to bring exacting editorial standards and creative excellence to all her work. Her documentary style captures genuine emotions and artfully records events as they unfold organically.

Awarded Best of Zola
Erica was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and patient during our booking process. She helped us build the perfect engagement shoot that was exactly what we wanted. And then on wedding day she was everything we needed -- my now husband has said a few times now that Erica's calm, cool, organized demeanor was a HUGE help for our day-of anxiety. We just got back our full gallery of photos and could not be happier. The images are stunning and everything we'd hoped for. Highly recommend Erica and her team!
