New to the venue market, Grove Indian Pass, is a home built in the 1920's for the governor of Alabama. Another family bought it and the house remained a private residence until 2021 when it was sold and converted into a vacation rental. This property boasts 5 acres with 200' of water on each side. The dock side faces the Lagoon and back of the house, while the gulf side has 200' of pristine sand and uninterrupted views of the beach.
