“Wow wow, the best experience we could've asked for. First off The Hook Club was absolutely awesome to communicate with and coordinate with. They were super responsive and professional but at the same time so laid back, we trusted them completely with their vision. They were great through the pandemic and made sure we all were on the same page. The musicians are so talented, we had live music for the ceremony and cocktail hour, right before my ceremony started they played a beautiful song I had requested. The cocktail hour was beautiful, the music was at a perfect volume where we all could hear and enjoy them but people could carry on in conversation. The reception was off the charts, everyone wouldn't stop talking about how awesome they were with the music choices. Ash the DJ was absolutely on point, read the room and the talented live musicians integrated with the DJ was perfect, we had never seen anything like it but it was better than we even imagined. “Hiring Herbert Holler was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Our vision was a longer reception to leave plenty of room for dancing, being together, having fun and really wanted it to be a great time for everyone there, for all ages. HH had everyone dancing at the same time- kids, teenagers, or friends, our parents' friends, and my 89 year old grandmother. He was spot on in reading the room- which wasn't the most straight forward - I asked him to sprinkle some Arabic music in so my Lebanese family could come together over familiar music- all I did was provide him a couple of titles and he ran with the rest. Didn't overdo it, and everybody joined in. It was a dream. HH was professional the whole way through and didn't require tons of collab, and was flexible and quickly responsive. My advice: Hire HH.”

“My friend hired and coordinated with Luis from lionizing entertainment as a DJ for our engagement party in July. It was our first time meeting him at the party and from the beginning he was professional and personable. He made sure we had the type of music we wanted and kept people dancing. We were so happy with his services so we decided to hire him to DJ our wedding this past weekend as well. We originally had a summer wedding planned and decided to move it up sooner. Luis was so flexible and understanding when we reached out about the date change and we were still able to work with him for our new date. Throughout the planning process Luis was super responsive whenever we needed anything and he would check in to make sure we didn’t have any questions and he was more than prepared for our big day. He kept the night running smoothly despite the changes we made to the schedule of events at the last minute. Throughout the night he checked in with us and advocated for everything we needed. Our other vendors came up to us and said how much they loved working with Luis and how easy it was to get along with him. We decided to add a photo booth at the last minute and we are so glad we did because all of our guests were obsessed! Everyone used it all night and we got to keep the high quality photos after. A ton of guests reached out after the fact to say how impressed they were with the Photo Booth and the quality of pictures they received. The Photo Booth was so much of a hit we are renting it for our baby shower coming up in the spring as well. “Denise is amazing! During our DJ search for our wedding, my (now) husband and I came across Denise very early in our search. And I’m so happy that we did! Faced with the fact that we needed to find someone who would get (and keep) both of our dance-happy families on the dance floor, it was daunting to find the perfect fit for us and for the celebration to follow. We had to rely heavily on reviews to narrow down our search…but that only gets you so far when you want to feel the energy. In a leap of faith, we reached out to Denise. After that first meeting, we never looked back! It was easy to just spend time talking to Denise. She was our hype-lady from day one, working with our schedules from planning to the meticulous execution of the wedding day. “One of the perks of using our wedding venue (Granite Rose in Hampstead, NH) is they include a DJ through Main Event Entertainment in our chosen package. We were given a worksheet to fill out with our music preferences, and Main Event Entertainment paired us with the perfect DJ, DJ Lloyd Mnaphi. The week before the wedding, we had an opportunity to speak with Lloyd. During this conversation we were able to go over all the details of the day and voice any opinions or concerns. We had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic, but throughout it all the band was so flexible and accommodating. Planning a wedding on an island comes with additional challenges, but they were easy to work with in securing their accommodations and ferry reservations (i.e. they did it all). George was professional, responsive and supportive. After the wedding, they even DJ’d music at the after party and kept the energy pumping into the night.
