My wife an I met at Vintage Paris, got engaged there, and got married in the courtyard. Within a year, we became owners of the coffee shop that helped create our relationship. Our mission has always been to create memories, friendships, and opportunities in our community. Our desire is that our coffee and service will create memories for others that are just as special as the ones we have.

Portion Coffee is a mobile coffee cart serving espresso-based beverages, cold brew, and more in the St. Louis and Mid-Missouri area! Founded in 2022, the primary goal of Portion Coffee is to bring a fun and unique (and sometimes much needed) aspect to your wedding or event. Any couples looking to boost the atmosphere of their cocktail hour or reception, our coffee cart is the perfect fit for you. With a customizable menu and the option for signature drinks, you can truly make our coffee cart fit into any ambiance or venue.

We do not offer bartending services or any other type of cocktail services. We personalize bottles of our signature sparkling brut rose for your Big Day. We utilize an embedded 3D modeling engine on our website, BigDayBubbles so users can customize their bottles with the happy couple’s names and date of the Big Day! We offer three special fonts white text, to personalize your bottles. (Special fonts are available upon request and require additional production time) After you personalize your bottles, we’ll send you an instant, actual-size .pdf file of your bottle design.
