We are a unique, family-owned and -operated wedding and event venue located on 10 acres, just 5 miles East of The Woodlands. Lone Star Hall, our existing barn, has a familiar dance hall feel and our amazing outdoor space feels like your own backyard. San Jacinto Hall, our brand-new modern farmhouse, can accommodate up to 225 guests and has an amazing back porch overlooking a grassy courtyard and the pond! Rentals range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive or can be customized to anywhere in between. Alcohol must be purchased through the venue, but other than that, we have a 100% open vendor policy with no fees for outside vendors.

The main hall features soaring, arched timber frames surrounded by arched windows and doors that allows the natural sunlight to flow into the room. If an outdoor wedding is your dream, our large arched timber framed gazebo complete with crystal chandelier and up-lighting will be perfect for your ceremony. The bridal suite, complete with hair & makeup room features European decor and stained glass windows. The groom's room has masculine decor, also with a stained glass window, and a large screen television complete with a gaming system to play while waiting for your beautiful bride.

The property includes a beautiful newly renovated 4900 sq. ft. country home - THE RETREAT HOUSE and a 1600 sq. ft. event venue - THE BARN at THE RETREAT. The Retreat House has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and kids/teen sleeping and lounge room. Accommodates 23 people (up to 28). Large game room with air hockey, shuffleboard, poker table and bar, living room area, dining table seats 14, breakfast room seats 6, and kitchen bar seating. Options abound to help make your day memorable including an 1800’s style Paddle Boat, River Grace Chapel, a 400-year-old oak tree, Party Barn and screened Patio/Deck overlooking the river. This venue can be your one-stop wedding shop; you bring the groom & dress and we can do the rest. Property includes a wedding chapel, restaurant, multiple reception areas plus a Bed & Breakfast.
