I've been a part of this industry my whole life and have just now jumped into it on my own and created Gather. Loved ones need to come together and if I can help amplify that experience by any amount through food, then I achieved my mission.

My passion for baking and cooking started as most youngsters, being in the kitchen with a loved one! For me it started with my mom and grandmother. I have ALWAYS had a passion for sticking close to my Latin roots and infusing an American twist. Being a baking and pastry graduate from the Art Institute of Tampa, I began my journey with my first job in the kitchen at Bern’s steakhouse.

This restaurant recently celebrated its 32nd anniversary, all under owner Kurt Shull who opened the restaurant in 1987. Famous for signature dishes like french onion soup and shrimp wontons, every single dish is house-made and all ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible. Travelers and Bozeman devotees alike come for dishes unique to The Bay and for the cozy and personal atmosphere, whether they sit in the dining room or the more casual bar room.
