The name “Mundano” originates from the Spanish word for “worldly” and Chef Ross Henke took this into account when building the menu. Henke intends to draw from his lauded experience with Latin American cuisine but will lean heavily on New American style, blending a variety of influences and cooking techniques to create flavors striking and memorable.

Publican Quality Meats can accommodate up to 40 for family style seated dinners or standing cocktail receptions. We also offer special intimate experience at the Butcher’s Table for 12 in our basement kitchen.
