Experience the beauty of the Smoky Mountains, while being conveniently located near restaurants, hotels, and the Knoxville airport. The pavilion allows for an open-air reception that is protected from the elements and the unpredictable Tennessee weather. With a ceremony at our Arbor in the cove, surrounded by trees and our stream that wraps around the entire 4 acres. String lights, wooden chandeliers, and greenery are sophisticatedly hung from the ceiling and add to the ambiance of your reception. A real wood-burning fireplace is the focal point of the pavilion. On our brick patio you can have your cocktail hour, dance floor, or a smaller ceremony. Wedd & stay is a beautiful new event venue for up to 50 guests where you can have a beautiful, intimate and affordable celebration. We are able to provide accommodation on-site in 2 luxury apartments; 4 rooms, 4 beds, 2 sofa-beds, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 TVs, 2 mini-fridges, some amenities, high-speed wifi and a big free parking lot. We are a small to medium sized barn venue. The authentic circa 1950 cattle barn and reception pavilion have been renovated into a useable, rustic, yet charming facility for weddings, vow renewals, showers, retirement parties, anniversary parties, etc. We opened in 2017 and have received Cleveland County’s Best of the Best Wedding Venue Award from the Shelby Star each year since that time. We have three ceremony sites to choose from: inside the barn, on the front lawn of the barn (weather permitting), and on the lawn slightly south of the barn (weather permitting). We also have had ceremonies inside the reception pavilion. The panoramic view from the reception pavilion deck is a favorite spot for photos and gatherings. This area overlooks the firepit, as well as the highly photographed views of the gorgeous sunsets.

The Inn, originally named Engadine by its builder, Civil War Captain John Keais Hoyt, is an 1885 Queen Anne-style Victorian home. Engadine is on the National Register of Historic Places and has been restored and decorated to maintain its Victorian character and charm. It was converted to an inn in 1994 and has operated as one ever since.
