Motor City HDJ started in 1999 as a way to pay for college. The more of my friends' weddings I attended, the more I realized how many bad DJs are out there in the world. I decided at that point I was going to be the "anti-DJ," committing myself to do the opposite of the things that bad DJs do.

He puts the couples NUMBER ONE, he ensures the music + vibe are what the couple want, & above all he loves this job. Brett is one to do 1000%, hop on the dance floor for a line dance, throw together new ideas + keeps the evening on schedule. From a photographer stand point, he LOVES working on the team. As long as you communicate the day + work as a team member he ensures you're not missing a thing if you run for a meal or water break. I am a massive Brett fan from all aspects!”
