Hi there! My name is Brittney. I have been baking and decorating cakes since forever. My love for cakes started with my grandmother who was a baker herself. She decorated cakes my whole life. I was always in her bakery with her learning the trade. That's where my love started. It has since flourished into this wonderful home based bakery. I love baking cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cake pops. Nailah Browne, a native of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, first became interested in baking from her grandmother, who had a side business. Browne later completed the bakery program at Manatee Technical College. Browne and Selene Martinez met and became friends at IMG Academy, where Browne was the head baker and that's how StackD Cake Studio was born. At Stack’d Cake Studio, the customer directs how they want their cake built, from cake and size, to flavor of buttercream, filling and toppings.

Elevenses Co is a project as imagined by barista and baker Jade Yelvington. While she's always enjoyed and greatly appreciated sweets, her love of baking took a little longer to manifest, but once it did there was no turning back. Jade's baking style is deeply influenced by her upbringing and rooted in a commitment to quality and scratch made desserts and cakes. If there's a true happy medium between nostalgic homemade desserts you might find in your grandma's kitchen, and odd flavor combinations that you don't see everywhere- that's where we'd like to be. My name is Ericka McAvaddy, I am an insured home baker based in Clearwater, Florida. I started baking three years ago when I wanted to learn how to make a layered cake for daughter's first birthday. I fell in love with the process of creating a cake from start to finish and what you can do with just buttercream. Decorating with florals is my favorite especially for wedding cakes!
