This rustic and rural destination is nestled amidst Fremont Lake, a large glacial body of water, and overlooks Wind River Mountain. Here, against a backdrop of breathtaking scenery and panoramic views, couples can celebrate their love story in a picturesque and private setting. Weddings of all sizes and seasons take place at Lakeside Lodge. During mild and warm months, to-be-weds can host a ceremony by the lakefront on a wooden decking area, where loved ones can look on and savor the serene surroundings. We have tried to create an atmosphere here at Sweet Water that is the perfect blend of down-to-earth and rustic elegance. We are located in central Idaho on the banks of the Salmon River combining fine amenities and beautiful lighting with the view and outdoor experience of your favorite river retreat. It is comfortable, private and one of a kind. The beautiful lodge and onsite cabins and cabanas are a unique mix of antiques with a side of bohemian flare and make for great photo ops, pre-parties, rehearsal dinners and more. We are right downtown and close to shopping, restaurants, hotels and of course all river activities including our new whitewater park.

With my love and experience in interior design, my family and I built a intimate, classic styled wedding venue here in Rexburg. With a family of 8 kids, my husband, Derek, and I have learned how to juggle taking kids to school, making meals, changing diapers, working, and pretty much everything under the sun. When I introduced the concept of The Avenues to my husband and children, it wasn’t just another thing for me and my husband to juggle. There’s a white shabby-chic wall of shiplap in The Avenues, and my kids take pride in knowing they helped. As we painted, designed, and put this wedding venue together, our kids took ownership of their work and caught the vision that this is a family business. We’ve heard it time and time again—it’s all about family—and when you join us at The Avenues, you become a part of our family.

The Valentine Building was built in 1916 and originally housed the First National Bank. But now, 105 years later, we’ve given this building new life as Pocatello’s finest event center. This building screams romance! From the Corinthian pilasters, the white terra cotta, and the soaring windows, it’s like stepping back in time.

Our North Location (Studios- 173 E. Main St.) & South Location (Venue- 142. E. Main St.) are conveniently located in Rigby, Idaho… just off the Highway between Rexburg & Idaho Falls. The Venue & the Studios offer multi-purpose event spaces (that range in size) and are available for private + public rentals at hourly and event prices. These creative studios host a variety of events including weddings, receptions, family & company parties, markets, classes, galleries, photoshoots, video productions, recitals, client meetings, school dances, class reunions, family reunions, bachelor/ bachelorette parties, book signings, music concerts, and baby/ bridal showers, fitness classes, church services, classes and more!
