Hi, I’m Isaac. In my world, light is everything. The cool ambient hues at dawn, hinting at what the day may bring. Golden sun rays catching particles through a tree as friends gathers to celebrate. A Cotton candy sunset peppered by patio string-lights as a DJ plays my favorite song. We all have timeless memories logged in our minds. For me, they are based in a language of light. As a wedding photographer, this deep connection to special lighting helps me produce dynamic visual stories of romance, personality and beauty.

We help outdoorsy lovers get married in beautiful outdoor venues provided by Mother Nature herself. Our couples have the wedding of their lifetime doing things that matter to them with their closest family and friends. We create inexpensive intimate ceremonies in expansive settings in the woods, river canyons, mountain ridges, deserts, or beaches. We give couples an opportunity to create their own ceremonies and trail-blaze their own traditions as they begin their Forever Endeavor Together. And we document it all with stunning, bold, crystal clear photographs that are a reverie both in nature and love.

My approach to wedding photography goes beyond mere documentation; it's about crafting a narrative that beautifully unfolds the romantic and joyful threads of your day. I limit my focus to just 10 weddings annually, allowing me to build authentic connections with each couple. I take the time to understand your vision, ensuring that I can authentically represent you on your special day. From consultations to the planning process, my goal is to make your day as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Photographing elopements happened by chance for me, but once I did my first one, I realized what an amazing experience it was for my couples. Having played a role on so many big wedding days, I realized there was so much my couples were missing out on. The stand out was the pace of the day and time spent with each other! I learned elopements moved at a much slower pace and that those couples had so much more time with each other. They are free to mark the date at a location that really speaks to them, and without a guest list (or a small one) they were so much more free to celebrate the way that left them feeling the most content.

It is so important to me that your wedding photography is authentic to you as a couple. I want you to have the space to be yourselves, and the time to savor each part of the day. While I do enjoy directing my couples to some extent, I want to be involved as little or as much as you'd have me. I want to work with you closely months before the day to make a timeline that fits your personality and also gives you confidence in the photos you'll receive once the day is over. I want to make sure that we don't rush to the next part of the day without really enjoying the part that comes before it.

Welcome. My passion for capturing moments on film began with my father. I still remember the old yellow Minolta he gave me when I was only 7 years old. I used to roam around the woods and get lost for hours, just enjoying the scenery and the sound of the shutter and the wind of my film readying the next frame for whatever small flower or slug became my next subject.
