For owner Mike Yazumbek, DJing is fun and games, but it’s also a lifestyle he has lived and breathed for the past 13 years. Mike got his interest in DJing at age 20 and started out playing friends house parties, then eventually building up a reputation and DJing a the biggest nightclubs in the Chicagoland Area. Pretty Soon, a lot of his friends were getting married and Mike was the first person they thought of. After Djing hundreds of clubs, bars, school dances, private parties and weddings under his freelance name "DJ Mike Y" It was time to finally brand a mobile entertainment company - Reception Entertainment !

Charizma Entertainment’s goal is to give clients the wedding experience that exceeds their wildest dreams. Gussied is a full service wedding band that offers ceremony, cocktail, dinner, dancing music, and more. Instead of trying to duplicate a song you've heard on the radio, we "gussy it up" into our own bluegrass inspired own style. We play farms, barns, wineries, swanky lofts, country clubs and everything in between - even summer camps! We also play destination weddings, festivals and private events. Spark Entertainment Group, based in Chicago, IL, was created by Chicago's well-reviewed and highly recommended DJ D. Jones. Elegant Ensembles was started in 1995 as a way to help connect folks in the Chicago area with great live musicians available for special events. Bassist and bandleader Josh Levine got his start in the professional music business busking in SoHo with The Flying Neutrinos in ’93, so when NYC shut down in Spring of 2020, he capitalized on his experience as a street performer and began to play regularly in the parks of NYC with percussionist and sonero, Jainardo Batista, renowned flutist Itai Kriss making his debut on Cuban trés guitar, and María Raquel on vocals and minor percussion. Before long, the quartet had generated some buzz, several venues hired them to play outdoors and pianist Gabriel Chakarji and Grammy winning flutist and vocalist Jeremy Bosch became staples of the group.
