With panoramic views of tidal marshlands, woods and preserve, the estate includes two newly renovated, historic homes, a multi-level barn, and an unparalleled view of the sunset. Every element has been thoughtfully restored— retaining the perfect amount of charm combined with present-day luxury. We rent the entire estate for four nights, from Thursday to Monday and can comfortably sleep 26 guests. Surrounded by stunning views and Maine salt air, we are just 15 minutes from downtown Portsmouth, NH and the fine restaurants, arts, and culture of the Seacoast. With the beauty of Lake Winnipesaukee at our doorstep, Brewster Academy offers the Pinckney Boathouse and adjacent Palazzo Field as a venue for weddings and other events. Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings. If you are planning on a smaller, intimate wedding you may choose to rent out the Pinckney Boathouse only. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs. We do not supply tables and chairs for outdoor events.

We have 26 guest rooms (ten in our main Victorian Inn and sixteen in our motor lodge sections), a fabulous covered function deck and a fantastic, creative chef. We can accommodate up to 130 guests for your Wedding on our outdoor deck. Smaller Weddings are also accommodated inside our main Victorian Inn. Our beautiful grounds with river views are fully available.
