I am a wife, mother, teacher, and photo & video creator. I started taking my baby's pictures with a beginner's camera and fell in love. Akiem has built a young and successful career as a content creator in the professional sports industry. He has worked with respectable brands including, USA Hockey, USA Soccer, NFL Flag, RISE and more. However, during 2020 COVID put a stop on sports, and that allowed him to discover a new passion- an undeniable love for wedding photography and videography “I want my clients to experience my love for creativity and storytelling through serving them on the most important day of their lives.”

We started off as a duo of quirky plastic artists who wanted to try something new - capturing weddings in a unique way that combined truthfulness and creativity. Fast forward 15 years and many, many amazing weddings later, and we're still just as nervous and excited before each event as we were on day one. I guess it means we still care! Like many people, I spent 10 years within corporate America and although I am thankful for my experience, it wasn't feeding my soul. I can be honest and say that I learned so much- my customer service skills, high-level organizational & strategy skills, and my overall work ethic comes directly from my experience within a regular ol' 9-5. However, I've been able to pair what I learned the last 10 years with my passion for photography, and have built this business to provide a stellar experience, the same one I would expect if I were getting married.
