The LEX 530 building was once the home of Pacemaker Trailer Co., one of the earliest RV companies in Elkhart. In the fall of 2018 owners Carl and Emilie Tiedemann took part of the building to create LEX 530. Our couples can count on our event director for dedication to making every event picture perfect. Our executive chef brings his incredible palate and creativity to everything he touches utilizing a licensed commercial kitchen to create anything from the perfect breakfast to an 5-course dinner using only the freshest ingredients around. LEX 530 specializes in offering unique boutique wines that our couples will not find any other place in Indiana. Carl makes his own line of boutique wines in Napa Valley and brings that wine back to Elkhart to sell at LEX 530. His numerous connections to small, independent winemakers in Napa, and around the world, allow LEX 530 access to exclusive wines. All of this will make your wedding stand out.

Chicory Event Center is a new renovated event space in downtown Mishawaka. It features a main banquet room with seating up to 250, a private dining room with seating up to 25, and a Chicory Cafe with an beautiful outside patio. The main banquet room features a beautiful bar with barn doors, coffee bar, dance floor, and a chandelier. This room is perfect for your wedding reception, class reunion, birthday party, sweet sixteen party, retirement party, business conference, or networking event. The Centennial Barn is a beautiful venue for weddings up to 150, set on over 113 sprawling acres. Included in the property rental is a gorgeous hip roof barn with a rich wood interior, soaring ceilings, sound system, large bar, chairs, and farmhouse style wood tables. We offer two large indoor handicapped accessible restrooms, a fire pit, and an outdoor cocktail/ reception space complete with 16' concrete bar, lights and sound. At the back of the property is a wooded ceremony site with rustic wooden benches. It is secluded and quiet, plus all the mature trees offer plenty of shade for bridal party and guests.

Sunrise Farms Wedding Venue sits upon a nearly two-century-old family fruit farm in Southwest Michigan. The property is a historical goldmine with a three-story barn from the late 1800s, the oldest surviving log cabin in Michigan, and a 1928 original farmhouse.
