The kind of work I do within the wedding photography genre is very distinct - every image stands on its own as a thoughtful composition as if from a cinematic art house film or high-end commercial/editorial shoot. My color grading is immediately identifiable and unique - developed through years of studying color theory - uncommon today in a sea of 'presets' that other photographers purchase on the internet for they have no knowledge of how to build their own. My compositions are often quirky, surprising, different. I always attempt to show a point of view that's uncommon and fascinating to the viewer.

I have been photographing couples for nearly 10 years and have loved every minute of it. I have enjoyed following them through engagement, wedding, maternity and now family sessions. I have even become life long friends with some of them. I am a mother of 3 and have always loved art, and once I picked up my camera and found a way to tell others love stories, I knew I found what I was supposed to do.

Born in Mississippi and raised in sunny Southern California. With over 12 years of professional photography experience. I fell in love-with love and photographing weddings has been my favorite event to capture. I love freezing wedding days. I stay true to color, but add in a little warmth. I love documenting the day and getting in all the emotions. My favorite part of the entire day- grooms reaction to either his bride walking down the aisle or that first look. I'm also a sucker for dad first looks. Details are also so important, it's one of the biggest day of your lives and getting it all photographed is so very important!

Pawel and I have know each other for more years than either one of us care to admit. We met the old fashion way, in a bar and have been married for 10 amazing years. In fact it’s really hard to try and remember a time when we weren’t a part of each other’s lives and that makes my heart happy. We enjoy bad movies, old sci-fi from the 50’s, kung-fu movies from the 70’s and terrible 80’s VHS movies. When we aren’t photographing awesome couples you can find us wandering around the desert or heading to Las Vegas. We truly enjoy being in each other’s company.

We are passionate about photographing kind-hearted people who are unapologetically themselves, and creating a safe and beautiful space in the wedding world for LGBTQ+ folx.
