The spaces at Metropolist are fully customizable, making Metropolist an ideal location for a Seattle wedding, celebration, or company event. Metropolist can evoke the dramatic effect of an urban industrial warehouse with 14-foot walls and vaulted 25-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed piping overhead, warm and bright wood floors.

Thunder Ridge Events is located in Maple Valley, WA . It offers both indoor and outdoor settings for your big day, making it simple to bring your individual vision to life. The venue is nestled in the cascade foothills and has spaces that make it possible to celebrate in the northwest’s many types of weather. Located on a six-acre property and featuring spacious lawns and other natural outdoor spaces, Thunder Ridge is perfect for events with up to 100 people. Both the beautiful fresh outdoors and climate controlled indoor areas are able to accommodate your guests depending on the PNW weather. Booking the property for your event includes the 1,500 square-foot reception hall and the similarly sized lighted patio and bar area. There is also secure on-site parking with an attendant which can accommodate up to 50 vehicles. The venue also offers a bridal suite with dedicated hair and makeup areas as well as a grooms quarters. Setup and teardown of tables/chairs and cleaning included.

We provide a unique venue for your intimate wedding service aboard our vintage wood Flagship Cruiser. Our boat provides the perfect platform for your ceremony with a large open aft deck, allowing a panoramic view of the Seattle skyline. A wedding or vow renewal on our boat is performed by the captain of the vessel or you can choose a package with one of our alternative officiants. We offer a variety of services to cater to your beliefs and lifestyle. We can provide a mount for your cell phone to record or live stream your service, and our boat makes an amazing platform for photos. With our simple elopement you will receive 20 high resolution edited photographs taken by the captain. We will take advantage of the boat’s ability to be positioned for scenic photographs, and the bow can be utilized for capturing an intimate moment of the newlywed couple. If you would like additional pictures to remember your special day, upgraded photography packages are offered.

The House Then Designed by Daniel Riggs Huntington, a well respected Seattle architect, this replica of George Washington's beloved Mount Vernon home was built in 1925. Employed as the City of Seattle architect from 1912 until 1921, Huntington also designed the Fremont library branch, the Lake Union Steam Plant, several fire stations and the Washington Street Boat Landing. While the Chapter House was "purpose built" as a meeting place, the membership always intended their hospitality to extend to the community in the form of a venue for private, public and non-profit events. Our King County Designated Historic Landmark farm sits on 18.1 acres on the north side slope of the Happy Valley 2 miles east of Redmond on SR 202. Established in 1907 by Walter Cooper, the uncle of the famous actor Gary Cooper, the dairy farm operated for 60 years before switching to beef cattle in the late 60s.
