Published in magazines like Vogue & Brides, I focus on photographing expertly designed & coordinated events & take on a limited number of weddings per year. I am very intentional in my approach, but I also aim to make your experience comfortable, fun, & stress-free! My vivid signature editorial photography style is a blend of modern portraiture & candid photojournalism, and my images are light-filled, romantic, & elegant. I have the coolest job in the world: I create emotional time capsules for my couples (and hopefully you too). That way, you get to be fully present on your wedding day and you get to relive that day over and over again with the same intensity, joy and love. My not-so-secret sauce is this: I get to know you. I find out what makes you and your lover tick, and then, I craft a visual story that's reflective of you. My utmost goal is to create joyful imagery for folks who want things documented exactly as they felt.

Growing up in rural Virginia my intro to photography came to me at 14 while breaking into abandoned houses with friends to take photos that can only be describe in retrospection as “experimental”. Fast forward a handful of years and I found myself going 'legit' and holding a BFA in photography, later finding yet more perspective and cutting my teeth shooting society events in NYC. Having now spent more years of my life taking photos than not, it’s safe to say that I’m all in.

After my first year of college studying music, I decided to take the business route. I worked for several Fortune 500 businesses and even some start-ups.
