This National Register Historic Property was developed in 1856 offers a 1/2 mile frontage on the Hudson River with panoramic views of the Catskills. Not only does our Summer and Fall rate include use of these riverside grounds but also the barn complex that the Livingston family erected. We offer a discounted Spring Season the first Two weekends in May and a Regular season of Summer and Fall. Tours are given most days of the week and are by appointment only. There are many convenient boarding locations in the metro area of New York and New Jersey but we can also board your guests from upstate New York, Long Island, and Connecticut. Chef Botti and his team are always happy to create a custom menu or suggest alternative selections to meet the dietary needs of your guests.
