There are lots of good vendors out there, but there are very few FANTASTIC ones. Cassie + Alex are two of the few. Even after being married a few years, we are still in touch with them and honestly feel like WE were the lucky ones to have them work with us. There was a decent amount of day-of travel and lots of logistics we had to hammer out with them and they could not have been more accommodating to us. Of course they have their style, but Cassie + Alex take a generous amount of time to REALLY get to know you and what you are hoping to capture with their photos. Take them up on their charcuterie/dinner invite and I promise you you will leave feeling like you have two new friends attending your wedding- who also happen to be amazingly talented photographers. These are the type of people who not only remind you to slow down and enjoy your big day by forcing you to stop and take in certain moments; but also notice that you haven't eaten and will go grab you some snacks in between pictures. You will trust them enough to safeguard heirloom cake toppers, but also be impressed in their problem solving skills if someone starts eating your cake before you take your cake cutting pic (true story they are magicians with camera angles). Cassie is especially good at wrangling family and friends for group pics- and Alex is an absolute ninja with the dance floor candids. In terms of delivery of goods, who delivers you sneak peeks of your gallery in a blog the NEXT DAY? Cassie + Alex. The vendors they work with for your prints, albums and even the flash drive you get with all of your images are the best quality and worth every penny. Lastly and most importantly- they are the creators of your memories. Having lost some some family members since our wedding, the pictures we have from our wedding that truly captured their spirits, celebrating in such joy, have turned out to be our biggest surprise investment. At the time the thought would have never crossed my mind, but today some of their pictures are among my most prized possessions. I truly could go on and on about these two- but go ahead and meet them yourself- and you will totally get what I mean.

I’ve hired Sarah several times over 2 years and hired her to take photos of me proposing to my fiancée in Central Park. Sarah was great at keeping my nerves calm while we organized the logistics of popping the question.
