The Friedhof building is currently celebrating its centennial anniversary! This building boasts historic beauty around every corner, and has been maintained to retain its classic, and original charm. Theodore Friedhof, the buildings’ namesake, constructed the structure to serve Columbus as a dry goods retailer in 1918. The craft of architecture and carpentry in construction during that particular era was bar none the best in quality, and style. The renovation and restoration of this space was performed with care to pay homage to the integrity of the style with this particular vintage of building.

The Omar is a beautiful wedding venue located in Midtown Omaha, NE - where timeless architecture meets contemporary amenities and decorative elements. Boasting an art-deco style, the restored building still showcases many of its original features from its days as the Omar Baking Building in 1923. Lilac Hill is a family owned 80 acre property in Louisville, NE, about 25 minutes from Omaha and 45 minutes from Lincoln. The original founders of Lilac Hill, Don and Bev Maxon, bought this old run down property in the 80's and set out to create their own arboretum. There are dozens of old growth trees, hundreds of blue spruce, and thousands of flowering shrubs and plants, which provide beautiful color and depth everywhere you go. The space combines elements of BoHo, Rustic, Elegant, and Industrial in a romantic natural landscape. So many of our guests comment that they don't feel like they're in Nebraska anymore! The property is enclosed by trees, providing a feeling of seclusion and exclusivity where your guests can hang out under our 100' tall cottonwood trees and smell the lilac scented breezes. The Garden Room accommodates corporate and social events for up to 350 cocktail style or 220 seated guests.
