Motor City HDJ started in 1999 as a way to pay for college. The more of my friends' weddings I attended, the more I realized how many bad DJs are out there in the world. I decided at that point I was going to be the "anti-DJ," committing myself to do the opposite of the things that bad DJs do.

I started as a wedding DJ back in early 2013. I quickly started to realize that this is the profession I could spend the rest of my life doing. I've performed everything from weddings to your corner bar. I've earned a Bachelor of Science from Oakland University, but could not avoid my passion for wedding entertainment. Those who know would say I'm well versed, exciting, and pleasant to be around. To this day I have performed at well over 300 weddings as well as many other types events. Gussied is a full service wedding band that offers ceremony, cocktail, dinner, dancing music, and more.
