Opening in October 2020 as Fall Line Station, the building's exposed brick, railroad trusses, wooden beams, and ironwork perfectly accentuate the beauty of our industrial-chic event space. Our total capacity is 400 guests, with separate ceremony and reception spaces to easily customize the venue for your special day.

Live Wire Athens is an event venue nestled in the northwest corner of downtown Athens, Georgia. The character-filled facility uniquely includes three versatile spaces, indoors and out, plus multiple concert stages. Locally owned and operated by the Robertson Family, this former warehouse has been transformed into a multifaceted locale, perfect for any event that ranges in 20-500 attendees. The Factory at Walton Mill is an all inclusive charming industrial-chic venue, located in historic cotton warehouses. Guests enter the Willow Room which is perfect for cocktail hours, small events or just as a welcoming lobby for the main event. The main event room, the Hawthorn Room, features warm wood walls and massive beams next to exposed brick with wonderful wood floors. It can host up to 250 guests for a seated reception and even more for a ceremony. Throw in an expansive gathering porch and this is the perfect spot for a rustic chic wedding.

The perfect setting for an unforgettable event, PowerHouse Private Event Venue provides three buildings, the Lower PowerHouse (seats 200 comfortably), the Upper PowerHouse (seats 200 for ceremony comfortably, 100 with tables comfortably) and the Forebay (can seat up to 350 comfortably), -all a unique combination of past and present. While the building is steeped in history, PowerHouse offers modern entertainment and catering options. PowerHouse is beautiful and comfortable, yet a break from the norm.
