I have been photographing weddings for 20+ years. My experience ranges from a wedding with 700 guests to an elopement. I asked the burning question, "What do you want to be doing in your career that will blend well in your daily life?" The answer? I started looking and seeing the Outer Banks from a new perspective. I now shoot in locations surrounded my mother nature. I currently help clients define what an Outer Banks experience means to them and then we plan their session accordingly. Elopements + micro weddings, couple's sessions and small business branding are the three areas I offer services.

I've recently decided that my soul truly needs a career that fuels my creative side. I absolutely fell in love with photography when I got my first camera in 2018. I took TONS of photos for fun. ALL. THE. TIME. However, I took a little bit of a break to focus on school before deciding to pick up the hobby again, but I have since decided I want to pursue photography full-time once I graduate next May!

I love weddings! I love how one single event can be done is so many unique ways to fit each couple and their story. My favorite things to capture during the day are the little details you incorporate to make the day truly yours. My approach is to capture emotion and as much candid interaction and love as possible on your big day while incorporating romantic and fun poses in between.
