I started Sammycakes in 2014 with a simple ombré rosette cake. It’s always been a dream and passion of mine to open my own bakery, after being inspired by my mother always baking for special occasions when I was a kid.

Inspired by history, our recipes started with classic doughs from the 1920’s that we play with based on seasonality and the freshest local ingredients we can find.
