The Chuckanut Bay Distillery is a vast and impressive building, featuring an industrial meets historic vibe. The 4,200 square foot Ballroom has capacity to accommodate up to 300 guests cocktail style, 240 reception only, and 160 for ceremony and reception. With an open floor plan that is bathed in natural light from a wall of windows, this enchanting space is reminiscent of ballrooms of a bygone era, with hints of our distinct Chuckanut Bay Distillery aesthetic. With a fully-equipped catering kitchen and expansive bar, this grand event space is the perfect venue for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and galas of all kinds. In addition to the Ballroom, there venue offers several other spaces for couples to utilize, including a private get-ready suite and a rooftop bar. The facility provides tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, and more. Additionally, their selection of libations and alcoholic beverages is unmatched, with offerings from their own distillery as great options.

Fireseed Catering founders Dave and Dawn Noble share a 30+ year story that takes them from the heart of the country to both coasts, bringing their mutual passion for good food along the way. Together, they can produce a wide variety of menus, starting with appetizers through to entrees and concluding with desserts. Dave and Dawn shine with both food and tables overflowing with variety, color and most importantly of all, flavor. Since founding Fireseed Catering it has become more than just catering and now solely hosts, coordinates and caters events held at the Fireseed private venue. The Loft can host up to 180 guests for a cocktail reception, 150 for a buffet, and 100 for a plated dinner. We provide complimentary cake cutting and service, ample free parking, and ADA accessibility. Our staff handles room setup and cleanup, so you only need to take what you brought. With strong ties to the Woodinville wine community, our unparalleled wine list is sure to impress. If you need something specific, we can source it through our distributors. Alcohol is provided and served by our staff, following Washington State Liquor Control Board guidelines. Customize your bar service with options for cash or hosted bars.
