The Victorian house and barn are situated on five acres of beautiful grounds, manicured gardens, and romantic woodlands. Owners Bill and Nichole Phelps, together with their horses, dogs, and farm animals, welcome to-be-weds for their special wedding celebrations.

Hyland Orchard is a magical spot to say 'I Do'! The experience begins with a wagon ride whisking your guests to the perfect spot atop the Orchard of over a thousand apple trees, with views of three neighboring towns. After the Ceremony, is the Pavilion Reception. The Pavilion has sliding walls- which means your 'outdoor' wedding is rainproof! The Pavilion has lights strung throughout to create an unmatched rustic ambiance. Our one-of-a-kind property shines with features including a raw edge custom wood bar, large stone fire pit, sprawling lawn, a barnyard crew (lovable mini horses, goats and a llama), a greenhouse with adjacent floral gardens and acres upon acres for amazing photo opportunities! Discover the perfect backdrop for your special day, surrounded by picturesque Nestled in the secluded countryside of Holden, Massachusetts. Stonehouse is over 125 years old, built in the late 1800’s. It was originally built as a stucco home, in what was an area of parceled farms. Over time, the house was expanded and was eventually converted into a stone estate. The house fell into disrepair and in 1994, came into our guardianship. We have been working ever since to return it to its former glory. Stonehouse, with its arched windows, and open porches, would serve as a picturesque backdrop for any function. The country estate sits on ten acres above the Holden Reservoirs, surrounded by a forest filled with old beech and birch trees. Stonehouse offers a serene event space surrounded by nature.

The Mountain Room at Mount Southington strives to create the perfect day for our Brides and Grooms by providing rustic chic amenities at an affordable price. Our Mountain Room is warm with wood accents, lofted ceilings, beautiful arching beams and one ceiling-to- floor glass wall from which there is a stunning view of our grounds.
