Stacy was so helpful throughout the whole planning process. Even though I hired her just for day of coordinator, she was always available to answer questions during the 8 months of planning. She was so dependable on the day of too! I could not have had the beautiful, seamless wedding day we had without her. I highly recommend One Step Closer Events for a low stress wedding!

I’m fairly certain I will never be able to find the words to describe how grateful I am for having Michelle and the Precious Moments team as our month of coordinators. After getting engaged, I connected with a few different planners and Michelle was the standout – by far. We fell in love with her energy, sincerity, timeliness, organization, and so much more. We shared our vision and she immediately understood what we were looking for – and helped us achieve our dream wedding. Michelle quickly became our voice of reason / someone to lean on while planning – and she was always a phone call, text, meeting, or email away. That said, from start to finish, our wedding day WAS the best day of our lives and BEYOND perfect in every single way. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. Recently on a phone call with my new mother-in-law, she mentioned how special it was that Michelle gathered our parents for our wedding exit so that they had the best view of us leaving to start our new life together. We still have family and friends talking about it weeks later.. I can wholeheartedly say that none of it would have been possible without Michelle and the Precious Moments team – and we truly cannot thank them enough for creating the best experience we could have ever imagined. This being my first wedding, and having no experience with the process, I cannot fathom having done it without Rylee and her Team. While I only used their month of services, without missing a beat, 30 days out Rylee and her Team came in quickly, professionally, and orchestrated every detail with brilliance and finesse. Their attention to detail was unparalleled. Rylee really understood our vision and our day beautifully reflected our personalities and desires. We were blown away at how smoothly everything went on our wedding day. Their calm demeanor and reassuring presence make it such a comfortable peaceful experience and we were able to feel like we were present for our wedding. We didn't have to worry about a thing. My only suggestion would be to hire Rylee and her Team farther out to avoid the headache and stress leading up to the wedding. While having them a month out was a life saver, I wish I would have saved my self the 11 months of stress and hired them sooner.

I can't say enough about this team! Best wedding decision my husband Brett and I made was to hire them on board to be our planners. I am a bit of a control freak and super picky, so at first I was not planning on hiring wedding planners because I wanted full control. They came recommended by a friend who knew them from an engagement shoot, and felt their personalities and experience would be a great match for us. One phone call later and I was all in - I realized how much I could benefit from them and make the wedding planning process so fun and enjoyable. We specifically worked with Allie who is amazing. She understood my vision and was SO easy to work with. The type of planners you want to be friends with and are as equally as excited for your wedding as you are! That was important to me. It's impossible not to love this team as they're all so kind, fun, personable, professional and get the job done so seamlessly. A true dream team!!! Allie is very organized, responsive, and gets to the point to get stuff done. She took on so many tasks and responsibilities, and always had an answer or solution to a problem. If we didn’t hear back from a certain vendor or get answers to certain questions in timely manner - she was persistent and got it done. Allie didn't skip a beat, she knew everything about the wedding day and how things were suppose to go - I felt at such ease knowing I had her and her team (and didn't have to rely on parents or wedding party for day of responsibilities) because CityLux truly did it all. I don't know how we could have done it without them. Our wedding day was so magical and went so smoothly. The whole team was running operations the day of - being everywhere at once, communicating with one another through their ear pieces, and going above and beyond for a perfect day to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. I didn't hear of any mishaps because they handled all the chaos and ensured Brett and I were having the best time and not having to stress about anything. The saddest part of wedding being over has been no longer working with Allie, Sarah, or their team! I want to plan another event just to be able to work with them again (which after a big wedding with lots of planning may sound crazy lol). Trust me, I may not have felt this way prior to having them, but after planning a 200 person wedding, with 10 vendors, and so many details - the most important vendor decision is your planner and I can’t recommend them enough!

I truly believed I could organize the wedding day myself but as overwhelming it already was from the start of the wedding process, finding someone who can take care of all the structurally timed events going on that day, is really going make your day that much more stress free. When I was wedding planning I was hesitant to hire a day of coordinator, but I am so glad that I did. Brittany was absolutely the best investment that we made for our wedding. From the first phone call I had with Brittany, her demeanor put me at ease and was a big part of why I decided to hire her. Even though she was only my day of coordinator she helped me book my last couple vendors that I needed. The Sunday before our wedding we did a final walkthrough at the venue where Brittany got the lay of the land, got to ask questions to the venue, make suggestions to me for day of, and make the timeline. She did so much work behind the scenes communicating with vendors that really took the pressure off of me the last few weeks of the wedding. The day of, Brittany arrived to the venue hours before anyone else to set up. She did everything absolutely perfect and kept me updated the whole entire time. During the ceremony and reception she was running around helping the photographer, answering vendor questions, and keeping us on track of the timeline. When the wedding was over Brittany and her husband broke down all the tables and chairs, boxed up our desserts, and helped us get all the decor and gifts loaded in the car. Overall we wouldn't have had the amazing wedding we had without Brittany, she's the best and well worth the investment!

Lauren and her team at MDP Events truly went above and beyond my expectations for our wedding day. As someone who gets stressed out easily, having Lauren involved with coordination helped me be able to relax and be present throughout the day. On the day of, pretty much every little thing I could have thought of to do, Lauren had already done it. It ended up raining on our wedding day, but Lauren took care of making the changes to our floor plan and schedule and communicating that to our venue and other vendors, without needing us to be directly involved. Overall, such a fantastic experience.
