Hello, I’m a second generation floral designer who would’ve never thought about designing florals especially doing hair for many years. After relocating from Nashville, Tn I had this amazing idea of wanting to encourage and delivery smiles with flowers. I never looked back. Floral artistry is very therapeutic which makes it soothing to convey my gift to our clients. I enjoy designing flowers for all my clients, whether it’s for an event, birthday, anniversary, wedding or celebration of life.

I find inspiration in the diverse environments surrounding me. Hailing from the Philippines as an immigrant, I bring a multifaceted perspective to my craft, shaped by my personal journey and cultural heritage. Grounded in a diverse educational background encompassing art, architecture, and interior design, I approach floral design with the mindset of an artist, endeavoring to craft arrangements that transcend mere decoration, transforming spaces into immersive experiences.

Flowers & Weeds is a floral studio, urban flower grower, and greenhouse in South City St. Louis. Run by a group of creative people with green thumbs and big brains, we are constantly moving and growing! Textural, romantic garden-style design is how we describe the classic Flowers & Weeds style. We allow our flowers to move more naturally in arrangements and showcase the unique varieties we've grown from seed. Because of our emphasis on sustainability, seasonality has a large impact on our design process and helps us create the freshest arrangements.

I'm a born-and-raised Missourian (where did you go to high school?) and a mom to our four-year-old little boy, a baby girl, and one boxer/pit mix named Grizzly. I'm married to my high school sweetheart, but we've known each other since Kindergarten! Before I started working with flowers I went to the Conservatory of Music in Kansas City to study voice. After having our son, I found that I needed a creative outlet and started working with flowers during his nap time and in the evenings. I soon discovered that I loved all of the textures, colors, and the way flowers could bring a smile to someone's face, and Serendipity Floral Design was born!

I became interested in the floral industry when I made my florals for my own wedding in 2019. I spent a year and a half working at walter knoll florists, learning from some of the best. Since then ive done lots of work for friends and family and am looking to expand my business. I am extremely passionate about creating unique florals that reflect your personality for you big day.

We, my husband and I, started Fleurology for the need for a stronger connection with clients + the want to spend more time at home. We didn't know what we were in for with Fleurology Designs, but after 10 years in the floral industry (7 of those being with weddings and private events) my husband told me it was now or never to pursue my passions of being a business owner. Fast forward to today, 5.5 years later, we have a personal and customized wedding experience. We even kept a team busy during the pandemic + 3rd year of winning the Revues 2nd place as "Best event planner in West MI". Pushing for the highest of standards for experiences!
