I also dominate other classic cuisines such as Japanese, Asian fusion, Italian, French, Creole. We also do hibachi. Working in the culinary industry now for 18 years, I've developed a passion for cooking. Summit Catering officially opened in 1991. The owner built this small family business from the ground up. In 1998, they welcomed their first child with three more to follow. All it took was two people who fell in love with each other, food and feeding people! Chef Floyd and Chef Angie began their catering business, “Plum Caterers”, in May 2007 with a dream and a kitchen that offered traditional and authentic cuisine, with an innovative culinary flare. Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
