We are Adam and Paige, your bartending couple who loves couples! We met 3 years ago while working at a restaurant in small-town Shelby, NC! 8 months ago we welcomed a lovely baby girl into our blended family. We started our business because we wanted to be apart of your special day-whether it’s to bring the party, to start up the dance floor or just to make things a little less stressful, we are here for it!

All of our bars are one of a kind ensuring you our team will help to make your event an absolute blast with indoor and outdoor beverage setup options. If you already have a bar on site we have bartending and full service packages to assist with those needs as well. Carolina Crafts on Tap offers a variety of options such as beer, wine, cocktails as well as non-alcoholic beverages that are perfect for any event.

We do not offer bartending services or any other type of cocktail services. We personalize bottles of our signature sparkling brut rose for your Big Day. We utilize an embedded 3D modeling engine on our website, BigDayBubbles so users can customize their bottles with the happy couple’s names and date of the Big Day! We offer three special fonts white text, to personalize your bottles. (Special fonts are available upon request and require additional production time) After you personalize your bottles, we’ll send you an instant, actual-size .pdf file of your bottle design.

Mrs. Mixologist is a mobile bartending service based in Bryson City, NC. Owner April Reddington is a talented and experienced mixologist who has been a part of the industry for more than a decade. She has worked at bars, clubs, concerts, banquets, and fine dining establishments; she even worked on a train. Wherever she goes, she brings her passion for crafting delicious mixed drinks. April has done it all, and she would love to put her skills and expertise to work for you. She can design a custom drinks menu featuring all of your favorite drinks. Whatever your needs, you can be sure that April will be there for you every step of the way.

Our prices include coolers for ice, napkins, straws, fresh garnish and general & liquor liability insurance with the option of adding cups, ice and mixers. A jack of all trades is the best way to describe J'lesa (Jaee) Carr Working as an event planner, nonprofit director, full time project manager, and dog mom her plate is always loaded but she never skims on quality or execution. Jaee is a 2017 graduate of UNC Greensboro with a Bachelors in Computer Science. She has a had a passion for crafting cocktails since she was able to drink. Her favorite to drink is the Miami Vice! She also loves to bring people together for an amazing experience. The most rewarding part for Jaee, is seeing couples relax and indulge on their special day.

The name stemmed from our mutual love for the outdoors along with Benjamin’s achievements. After sustaining severe injuries in Afghanistan, undergoing dozens of surgeries, and overcoming PTSD in addition to his physical injuries, he decided on a new purpose and set out to climb the Seven Summits, the tallest mountain on each continent. During his first Everest attempt in 2015, he survived an avalanche that caused 22 fatalities. On June 13, 2021, he summited Mt. Denali, achieving his goal and setting a world record by becoming the first Purple Heart recipient to climb the Seven Summits. You can find these mountains featured on our tap system!
