Kupkake Kouture Charlotte was established in 2012. Initiated out of the love of baking for children within the local school system. The owner, Shannon Reaves, decided that the love of baking needed to be extended out to the world. So, she did just that!!! Started as a "let s just do it for major holidays" to now being a name known around the Charlotte, NC community. Striving for community support and overall community HAPPINESS !!! Kupkake Kouture Charlotte is known for many of the "Couture" designs and creativity. Has been awarded the "People's Choice" and "Best Stuffed" award for their Banana Pudding Kupkake.

Miri Nadler is a self-taught cake artist and owner of Miri Nadler Cake Design in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her flowered masterpieces are hand painted with a palette knife and her choice of icing is creamy buttercream instead of the usual hard sugar fondant impossible to eat. Inspired by the Art Décor era and mid-century design, her magnificent next level cakes are in the theme of beautiful flowers and are inspired by a bride’s floral bouquet. Miri Nadler Cake Design offers both custom cakes and pre-made cakes with Miri's special floral designs.

A&J Sweetz is owned by Asja Cloud and based right outside of Charlotte, NC. She got the idea to start the business back in 2013 during a discussion with a close friend about finding and chasing passions. When they heard that Asja's passion has always been baking delicious treats for their friends and family, they suggested that she move things to a bigger scale and pursue it full-time.
