I cannot say enough good things about terrain. Everything about our wedding was absolutely perfect. Allison did such a fantastic job throughout the whole process leading up to the wedding and our wedding day. She truly went above and beyond and was so organized and detail oriented. The whole team at terrain made our wedding day go by so seamlessly. Kelly was also so sweet and helpful. I can’t recommend this team enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Plus, design by terrain made my vision come to life. I was in awe when we got our first look at our reception area and I will never get over our floral arrangements!! Thank you terrain!

Stokesay Castle

4.8

Reading, PA
  • Up to 350 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor

Whether you're going out for dinner or saying "I do", our castle is the perfect place for you. Built in 1931 and inspired by a 13th century English castle by the same name, Stokesay Castle was once the vacation home of the Hiester Family. Mr. Hiester spared no expense when it came to the 10 acre property he built for his fiancé. Local building materials and craftsmen were used, and great care was exercised in duplicating hand-carved beams, and leaded windows. Our owner, Jack Gulati had fond memories of Stokesay Castle and rescued it in March of 2009, from almost certain deprecation. Mr. Gulati dedicated millions to the restoration of the Castle, Ballroom and surrounding grounds. Upgrading much of the plumbing, electric and other amenities have left Stokesay in a memorable, yet modernized state. The vaulted cathedral ceilings still loom over the Lord’s Dining Room, only now there is a view into Stokesay Castle’s newest addition, The Knight’s Pub.

Park Loft

4.8

Oceanport, NJ
  • Up to 200 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor

Park Loft is a brand new full service luxury wedding and special event venue located in the heart of Monmouth County. With meticulous attention paid to all details, from the transformative European industrial design elements to the exquisite cuisine and premium spirits masterfully curated by Executive Chef Thomas Schoborg, Park Loft is an ideal choice for those looking to redefine what a truly unique and elevated special event can be. Initially constructed in 1941 as a Dance Hall on historic Fort Monmouth – Park Loft has been remarkably restored and reimagined as a timeless and extraordinarily distinct event venue for your most treasured events.

My HUSBAND and I had our wedding at Park Loft on Thursday (3.14.24) and to say it was incredible is an understatement!! From the moment we entered Park Loft we were in love - from the signature smell, the beautiful and unique design, and the attentiveness of the entire staff, especially Germaine!! We did not tour a single venue before or after, Park Loft was it, 1 and done!! Throughout the entire planning process Alecia, Germaine, Chef Thomas and Ryan made me feel not only like I was their only bride, but like I was family! Park Loft is simply one of a kind, with every single detail, from decor design to presentation of cocktails and food, thought through!! Every single staff member myself, my husband, our families and friends encountered were friendly, approachable, attentive, and quick to assist (from an exploding guest book pen to a broken bustle [twice, whoops]). Coming from a LARGE Italian family, it is uncommon for someone to not have something to complain about … THIS IS A FIRST!!! From our family and friends we have heard that Park Loft does not fall short!!! Incredible atmosphere, staff, drinks, foods, all around 10/10! If you want an stress-free wedding, where you can enjoy your night dancing and mingling with your loved ones, enjoying your signature cocktails, and truly living in YOUR moment, Park Loft is the place to be! I promise, you will not be disappointed!! We hope to be invited back as wedding guests in the near future so we can experience it all over again!! 5 stars is not enough!!! *patiently waiting for my photos or they would be posted in this review!!!*

We booked the Nassau Inn because it was located in Princeton (a family friendly and walkable town in NJ) and offered great packages. We quickly learned that everyone was so kind, helpful, and easy to reach. Jaime and Roger truly guided us through planning our big day. Each decision felt so easy and we trusted them 100%! The food was amazing and beyond our expectations. The bartenders were friendly. Our guests had made so many positive comments! Also, having the cake included was a huge time saver for us, and we enjoyed working with a local bakery who were very accommodating. Choosing the Nassau Inn for our wedding venue was the best decision we made!
