My path into video production is a little different than most - I used to work as an aerospace engineer, and was fortunate enough to work on some amazing projects helping design aircraft that are now flying missions all over the world. Hello, and welcome to Mercurii Studios; a creative boutique studio based out of the Phoenix. We are a team of creatives founded by Taylor Roos & Bernard England. While our standard approach to life may seem like early mornings fueled by dirty chai teas, and late nights laced by distant stars gleaming; it is the art of storytelling that we find most satisfying. Connecting closely with different cultures around the globe has both deepened our appreciation for life and altered our perspective on how we process what life throws at us.

This is the greatest day of your life! Weddings are a celebration of love and it's our privilege to tell the stories as they are. To show those raw emotions between the couple and their family and friends. Our approach is to bring out that authenticity. We capture real moments as they actually happen. We do this by keeping things really simple and relaxed. With our team, your wedding will be a warm, light-hearted environment. As we start filming, we want you to forget that we’re even there. Focus on yourselves and really embrace that love that you have for each other. 

I am a cinematographer based out of Rochester, New York. In over ten years I’ve evolved from shooting choppy ski movies on a beat up GoPro to professionally delivering high-quality films for couples seeking to preserve their special days. When I watch my old GoPro footage, even all these years later, I can feel myself transported back to that time and place, just like I can with the thousands of other videos that I’ve taken since. It’s that power to preserve special moments - and the different constellations of memories and emotions that make them special - that drove me to cultivate filmography as a hobby.

Hi! I am Braden, nice to meet you! I fell in love with filmmaking and photography at a young age. This job has taken me many exciting places and I'm so happy I get to do this for a living. I love capturing weddings and being able deliver a highlight reel of your special day!
