The Black Diamond Lodge can accommodate up to 46 guests, with 12 bedrooms and private baths. Lodging is billed separately and pricing varies based on season. Your lodging package gives you full private 24-hour access to our spa with two hot tubs, a steam shower, and a sauna, as well as our game room, movie room, and community kitchen and dining room that can sit up to 80 people. Alwun House is a nonprofit arts organization set in an historic 1912 house in downtown Phoenix. The historic house is wrapped with patio gardens. Rental would include use of our tables and chairs, food tent and separate bar service area, stage, dressing room and both garden patios. There are multiple areas to stage the ceremony, even the front yard lawn has been used for the ceremony. You would have access the entire day (9am to midnight) allowing you time to start setup in morning, decorate per your desires then host the ceremony/reception in afternoon/evening. We do permit self catering. It's pack-it-in and pack-it-out in the one day.
