Frances Baking is committed to its baking practice which prioritizes the clients' needs with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Heather is a regular at the San Francisco Farmers Market where a lot of their ingredients come from. They are excited to provide couples with desserts that taste just as divine as they look. You can experience a tasting session with Heather to choose your preferred cake and filling. Each creation can be made in adherence to any dietary requirements you may have, such as gluten-free recipes or vegan options. Heather will work closely with you to ensure your cake is designed exactly how you always envisioned it.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Hello!!! My name is Sarah. I am the owner and decorator behind Sugar and Spice Baking Company, a cottage food bakery located in Meridian Idaho. Baking has always been a passion of mine since a young age but it wasn’t until I quit my corporate career that it became my full time business! When I'm not making cookies, you can find me wrangling my young kids, or learning everything I can in my garden.

How did I get here? I attended The Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California and graduated with my associate in Baking and Pastry Arts in 2013. From there I moved to Los Angeles where I’ve worked at some of the best bakeries and cake shops as a custom cake decorator. I moved back to Exeter in 2020 and opened my commercial bakery location in 2023.
