I have a passion for hospitality, outstanding service, and changing the reputation of wedding food... it can be memorable and delicious! I have spent over 20 years in gourmet kitchens across the world. When I came to Texas in 2009 I fell in love with Southern cuisine. After many years in luxury hotels across DFW, in 2016 I created Tex-Med cuisine (modern Mediterranean with a Texan twist) which combines the food of my homeland with the flavors of Texas. My wife, Stephanie, and I opened Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen in 2019 and began offering catering services shortly after.

Goud Thymes specializes in styling charcuterie; grazing tables, multiple-tier centerpieces, boards, boxes, cones, numbers, and more. We take pride in cultivating luxury eating experiences that are affordable, beautiful to look at, fun to talk about, and most importantly GOUD to eat. My wife and I have had our Baked Bear storefront, located in The Colony, for three years and decided to expand into a food truck late last year due to the high demand of catering requests. It has been an amazing journey so far and we hope to continue bringing smiles to people's faces one ice cream sandwich at a time!

Manny’s Uptown Tex-Mex Restaurante was founded by Manuel “Manny” Rios in 2005 in the uptown area of Dallas, Texas. Manny is a retired Army veteran. He started his interest in the restaurant business with his sister as a server. After learning the restaurant business, Manny decided it was time to follow his dream of opening his own Tex Mex Restaurant, with traditional family recipes. Manny was inspired by his chef father, Charlie Rios. Here at Manny's we try to give our customers the best quality in TEX-MEX food, and strive for the best in customer service.

Cooking and serving people tasty, quality food has been a great passion of mine. I have had a long road but am excited about growing my business. My wife and I set up our food truck in our neighborhood daily; we will then pack the leftover meals and take them to the homeless. We are passionate about using our funds to build the kingdom of God.
