Suzi was AMAZING! It was very important to us to make our wedding as sustainable as possible and that is ultimately what led to us choosing Viavi Flower Farm to provide our florals. Knowing nothing about floral design myself, I simply provided Suzi with my Pinterest inspiration photos and she provided us with gorgeous flowers that fit my vision perfectly. She was also very flexible in working within my budget which was not very big! Would recommend Viavi a thousand times over for all of your event floral needs.

Hi there my name is Jennifer, I'm a florist who has a home studio in Southwest MI But I travel throughout the state. I love working with brides to help bring their vision to life and I would love the opportunity to do the same for you!

Awarded Best of Zola
Jennifer was wonderful to work with for our wedding! I sent her a few photos of what I liked and she was able to create something so similar to the examples I gave her. She repurposed our arch flowers into our sweetheart table and I was amazed at how quickly she was able to do that during cocktail hour and she even took that extra step to add a few flowers to our guestbook table which caught be by surprise. I didn't plan anything for that table and to see those flowers there was such a sweet touch! I was so happy with our flowers and Jennifer's professionalism! Could recommend her enough!

We used Bunny as our florist and wedding coordinator - it couldn't have gone better! Our interaction first with Bunny began with a lovely and in depth meeting about our hopes for flowers at our wedding. After walking through some questions, we ended our meeting and then Bunny sent a Flower Preview entailing all we had discussed with other options as well. This preview was set up like a power point with photos from the bride's bouquet to the flowers for the arch, boutonnières, and more! After finalizing every detail and being in constant communication, she sent over a Google Doc in order to fill out information about our wedding, vendors, rehearsals, etc. When the day of my wedding came, all I had to do was set out any decor I wanted to use and as my bridal party, mom, and I all got ready with snacks and drinks she provided, Bunny was furiously decorating the ceremony and reception space. By the time we were done getting ready, the space was complete and BEAUTIFUL! The day could not have gone smoother - as a bride, I was actually relaxed! As the ceremony continued, Bunny worked with my DJ, photographer, and videographer to make sure everything was as it should be. When my food arrived, the caterers had not brought the chicken (one of two main courses). Bunny took care of it by calling the vendor, letting me know it's getting taken care of, and even made an announcement to guests that the chicken was late. Even when something wrong, Bunny made everything feel right. I am incredibly thankful for her help, calm demeanor, and advice she offered along the way. You couldn't choose a better florist or coordinator for your wedding or event! 100 out of 5 stars 3

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

      5.0

      Oklahoma City, OK
      • Serves Portage, MI

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

      Awarded Best of Zola
I decided to DIY my wedding flowers. It started off a little rocky as Flower Moxie had not mentioned that your cargo might go through surprise inspections. I had to go to the airline cargo twice as I got unlucky with the inspection. I understand that this isn't Flower Moxie's fault, but I thought it would have been good for them to mention in their very detailed explanation of the cargo pickup. When I picked up the flowers, I noticed 12 stems were missing and one bunch of flowers were moldy. It was after hours and I sent them a message. The morning after, they gave me a called and took care of it right away. They gave me the option for replacements or a refund. I decided to go with the refund just in case it didn't show up on time. Overall, I really appreciated their fast communication and work around. My refund came in two days. Everyone loved the flowers at the wedding and they were surprised that it was a DIY! Best word of advice is to find someone you trust to deliver them for you. Other than that, Flower Moxie's videos and tutorials were so helpful, make sure to watch them! They are also very entertaining to watch.

      • Starts at $175
      • Serves Portage, MI

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Amanda. First, I didn't even reach out to her until 10 days before my wedding, but when I did, she was incredibly responsive and we had a call set up for the next day. I shared with her my practically non existent vision for what I wanted for my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, and boutonnieres. I can't imagine how she was able to take such vague direction and turn it into everything I wanted. Immediately upon speaking with her, I knew she was a perfect fit from her energy and her positivity. She's flexible and absolutely brilliant and I would (and already have) whole heartedly recommend her to any future brides. Thank you so much for being a part of my day Amanda!
