“The staff at Nonesuch truly go above and beyond! The space and location is beautiful (situated close to Maine's most beautiful beaches and a 10 minute ride to downtown Portland). We rented the entire space for our wedding, however, they have many options to beautifully accommodate smaller celebrations. Everyone that we worked with carried out our vision- even better than we could have imagined! They truly tailored everything to our requests. Heather could not have been more attentive, patient and gracious throughout the entire planning process. Jeff and Steve coordinated the freshest food and most delicious drinks for all of our guests. They worked closely with us on crafting the perfect menu for our tastes. Our friends and family have been raving about the food and beers since the wedding! All of our guests also spoke very highly of the wonderful staff! The night of our wedding Ali was there to assist our bridal party throughout the event. She was incredibly intuitive and attended to our every need- whether she was refilling a glass, arranging special plates, or locating the photographer. We appreciated having her take such amazing care of us! We would highly recommend Nonesuch River Brewing Company to anyone looking to book a wedding there. We have seen the space transform for different events and we are certain that no matter what the vision may be for their special day, the staff at Nonesuch River Brewing can make it happen!”

“Since the beginning, I knew I wanted to get married at the Red Barn at Outlook Farm. I grew up vacationing in Maine every summer, so it was only fitting to share my love of the state with my now-husband. We toured a few venues, but none compared to the Red Barn! The barn complimented our warm, fall-vibe wedding perfectly, and it was the perfect size for our 135 guests. We could fit twelve tables, one head table for 12 people, and the DJ Booth while still leaving a large section of the ballroom open for dancing. We also loved the separate cocktail hour space in the atrium, and the exterior veranda was equipped with heaters during the chilly fall night! Throughout the process, my husband and I were well taken care of, and the staff, especially our coordinator Emily Francoeur (who is quite literally the best person ever), helped us every step of the way. I was so nervous leading up to the day; however, Emily always eased my worries and provided great suggestions, and my questions never went unanswered! Huge shout out to Emily for making the wedding day so stress-free for my husband and me! “I absolutely cannot say enough amazing things about Granite Rose by Wedgewood Weddings! The team and all of the staff at Granite Rose are beyond expectations and go above and beyond to help in anyway they can from start to finish! From our first tour with Megan, to our planning meetings with Carly, Megan and Victoria, to the tastings with Julia and everyone else, it was flawless. We couldn’t have envisioned a better wedding night. Megan was there the minute we arrive ready to help and support us in anyway she could. The venue was absolutely beautiful and we are still getting praise from family and friends about our wedding. The food was so delicious and the buffet impressed every single one of our guests! Everyone had something that they liked and went back for more!! We also loved the cocktail hour and appetizers! “I don't really know where to start talking about our experience at Barn Lights. We held a long-overdue family reunion at Barn Lights and everyone who attended raved all day long about how perfect everything was. We rented the guest cottages for the family seniors who had traveled from afar to attend. It worked out great, allowing them a sanctuary to escape to when they needed a rest while also making it convenient when they were compelled to stay up into the wee hours telling stories. The facility and grounds are spotless, thoughtfully designed, and beautiful. I've been to events at "barn" venues and they're often a bit more "rustic" than is ideal. Barn Lights has all the charm of a barn venue but everything is brand new and state-of-the-art. The staff were helpful, personable, and passionate from the start. They made great suggestions for activities, food, and how to maximize the fun and engagement without things getting too raucous. The food--from the appetizers to the entrees--was innovative, delicious, and beautifully presented. It took a while for the first person to sample the charcuterie table because it looked like art. Once the cork on that was popped there was no hesitation by people to make return trips to make sure they tried everything (I'm lookin' at you, Jeff). We opted for the BBQ given the time of year and the large number of picky teens. It also allowed the kids to eat while they continued to play games on the lawn rather than pinning them down for a sit-down dinner. I could go on, but I'm not sure I'd know where to stop so I'll just end my review here. Cliff's Notes version: Hold your event at Barn Lights. You'll be glad you did.”

We had visited Zorvino several times before getting engaged and always enjoyed the quaint and comfortable setting. One of the most important things to us in selecting a venue was that it welcomed dogs and was affordable. Zorvino fit the bill perfectly. Their wedding packages made things so much easier and saved us from having to research and find vendors for our big day. Our wedding planner was wonderful, very communicative and accommodating. The venue even did a great job adjusting to my (the bride) various food allergies. I could not recommend them more highly.”
