Both of my grandmother’s and the creativity of my creole heritage have inspired my baking. I love playing around with colors, textures, and flavors. Ever since I was a little girl, it was something about the smell of sweets that brightened up my day. I had an EZ Bake Oven, where I made little cakes for myself and for my mom, and that love for baking quickly grew into a passion.
