Nestled on a hilltop overlooking the Boston Mountains, cattle pastures and valleys, sits a modern, rustic and elegant space to celebrate life’s big moments with your family and friends. The venue is a cross between a church and a barn adorned with stained pine that is beautiful as-is or can be personalized with special touches to match your theme.

Our venue has a art deco vibe from the marble floors to the built in bars, we have the capability to show movies, both indoor and outdoor covered spaces. Lots of perks come with our space from ceremony and reception chairs and tables, to ice machine, bars, in house speakers, custom acoustic paneling and more.

With a love for classic, stately beauty... and a vision of grandeur, Danise Smith, and daughter Breann Ashford purchased the property at I Street in Bentonville. Their passion for bringing life and excitement back into older things manifested with the renovation process as they created a grand bridal suite and party room in the 1930s home. Plans to build Bentonville's newest event venue and bridal party house began in August of 2014. While the Northwest Arkansas area offers a variety of more rustic, chic venues, the owners felt there was a great need for something polished, grand, and simply... white. The Ballroom at I Street is a venue that enables the bride and groom to personalize every aspect of their special day without the dictation of patterned walls and the distraction of colorful carpeting.

With expansive, 35 foot ceilings and 5,400 square feet of ample space, The Brick Room accommodates any occasion – from the most lavish to the most intimate. Convenient to fine dining, shopping, and hotels, The Brick Room is located just off Interstate 40, in the heart of downtown Conway.

Our goal is to create a relaxed, stress-free day for our bride and groom. Meadow on the Mountain staff will be available during the rehearsal, the wedding, and the reception for any needs that you may have. We're here to make your day as easy as possible. However, we're not just a wedding venue. We also love hosting any other event you have in mind, like graduation parties, family reunions, and so much more.
