The Inn was established in 1930 by Isabella Greenway. We are a historic boutique hotel. The ballrooms are not like any other banquet ballroom. The modestly appointed rooms are inviting: with suitable french doors to ignite the space and classic chandeliers to enhance the ambiance. Each space includes a private outdoor courtyard. The Urban Grove is a private exclusive home estate surrounded by citrus trees and date palms located in a historic citrus grove dating back to the early 1920's. Alwun House is a nonprofit arts organization set in an historic 1912 house in downtown Phoenix. The historic house is wrapped with patio gardens. Rental would include use of our tables and chairs, food tent and separate bar service area, stage, dressing room and both garden patios. There are multiple areas to stage the ceremony, even the front yard lawn has been used for the ceremony. You would have access the entire day (9am to midnight) allowing you time to start setup in morning, decorate per your desires then host the ceremony/reception in afternoon/evening. We do permit self catering. It's pack-it-in and pack-it-out in the one day.
