Welcome. The Mitten Building was built in 1890 as the Haigh Citrus Packing House. Then became Mitten Letter Factory from 1940-1980 and then it was restored by the current owners who appreciated its historical significance, sturdy brick walls, exposed rafters, beams and endless wood. Since 2000, our family has been hosting unique events in its Main Room multilevel interior, basement Speakeasy Bar and Summerbell Room beautiful with Garden Patio. It is the perfect fit for any type of event, we can accommodate any Wedding, Ceremony, Reception, Corporate Event, Private Dinner Party, Fundraisers, Cocktail Parties, Live Music, Filming and Full Venue Rental options accommodating up to 700+ guests.

With spectacular views of Picketpost Mountain, Boyce Thompson Arboretum (BTA) is located in scenic Queen Creek Canyon, just 30 minutes from Mesa, Arizona. The Arboretum is on the National Register of Historic Places. It features plant collections from the world’s deserts, historic buildings, and hidden gardens along miles of trails. Alwun House is a nonprofit arts organization set in an historic 1912 house in downtown Phoenix. The historic house is wrapped with patio gardens. Rental would include use of our tables and chairs, food tent and separate bar service area, stage, dressing room and both garden patios. There are multiple areas to stage the ceremony, even the front yard lawn has been used for the ceremony. You would have access the entire day (9am to midnight) allowing you time to start setup in morning, decorate per your desires then host the ceremony/reception in afternoon/evening. We do permit self catering. It's pack-it-in and pack-it-out in the one day.

Originally built in 1939 as an automotive showroom for the Phoenix Motor Company, the historic space is the perfect location to host your next corporate event, private concert, wedding, reception or business meeting. The ‘Tis Art Center and Gallery is the perfect space for an artistic and elegant wedding ceremony and reception sure to wow your guests. Established in 2009, ‘Tis is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency dedicated to the promotion of Prescott area artists, various styles of art, affordable original art, and art education. All this creates a warm, welcoming, and unique atmosphere perfect for a stylishly elegant wedding. The third-floor banquet room with its rich, dark wood floor, wooden roof beams, and exposed brick walls is both contemporary and rustic and classically graceful.
