Since 2003, Oaks of Devonaire in Arcadia, FL has provided a tranquil setting where horses and cattle graze, butterflies flit through tropical flower-filled gardens, and Spanish moss drapes 200 year-old oak trees. Imagine a red horse barn on 20 beautiful country acres, complete with babbling creek, huge oak trees and tropical gardens. This location is perfect for Weddings or other events. Rustic Elegance at its finest. Includes two 12x12 air-conditioned changing rooms, two handicap accessible restrooms, outdoor dance floor, fire pit, ceremony site with bench seating, and tables and chairs for up to 150 people. $3,100 June-September, and $4,100 for October-May. This is for a three-day package. The day before for setup, decorating and the rehearsal, the day of, and the day after for cleanup.

ManaTiki Event Venue is located in historic downtown Bradenton with a large Tiki covered outdoor courtyard next to our indoor Banquet Hall. Great for weddings, events, meetings, conferences and more! Each space can be configured to meet your needs. Includes 3 small rooms with large mirrors, couches and hair/makeup studio/dressing room. Each of the spaces are about 2,000 sqr ft which can be rented individually or combined.

The International Event Venue is a free standing facility located near Tampa International Airport. We offer full service and all inclusive packages for most budgets. We have been hosting events for over 25 years. We have a indoor Vineyard Courtyard area for ceremonies that can seat up to 200 guests. Our Tuscany Ballroom can seat up to 400 Guests and features a built in stage with special effects. Our facility includes grand entrance vehicles, such as a Cinderella carriage or Mini Hummer, to make your entrance to the reception a magical experience for both you and the guests. Our packages are designed in several levels so that you can choose the option that best fits your needs and budget. We do NOT charge gratuities and service fees. Haus 820 is a historic architectural building, featuring wall-to-wall whitewashed brick walls, large warehouse windows and black industrial finishes; a perfect balance of vintage and modern. Originally built in 1924, our Haus was formerly an A&P grocery store. The refurbished 7,500 square foot space has a white interior full of natural light. With 22-foot open rafter ceilings, charcoal-stained and sealed cement floors, and an expansive footprint that will seat up to 500 seated guests, Haus 820 is a fully renovated historic warehouse and the premier event venue in Central Florida.
