“It’s an understatement to say that the Toussaint Production team both Alex and our Dj Gabriel kept our wedding ALIVE! From beginning to end they kept a read on the crowd and made sure to not only give our guests a breather, but to also give them a reason to come back to the dance floor. Not only were Alex and Gabriel’s performance the highlight of our wedding, the planning process was very simple yet extremely detailed. Their pre-event app they offer and phone call meetings helped us lay out exactly what our wants and needs were. They also contributed and helped us in mapping together our event timeline to have a better flow for the evening with the right songs at the right moments. To say they are masters at what they do is an understatement. We also chose to add on uplighting and Photo Booth options to our package and we are so happy we did!!! “We hired DJ Chuck from mydeejay for our wedding on April 6, 2024 at Kent Island Resort, and it was the best decision! From our initial phone call, after interviewing a few different DJs from different companies, we knew Chuck would be the right fit. Throughout the planning process he was very accommodating, and the mydeejay planning portal was incredibly thorough and easy to navigate. Chuck arrived early to set up for both our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. His equipment was top of the line - everyone said our ceremony music (which was played outside during an incredibly windy day) sounded like live string music. His indoor set up was incredibly sleek looking. Chuck played all of our requested songs, cut them at the perfect places when needed (for ceremony and dances) and mixed in others that kept our dance floor packed all night - which is what we wanted most at our reception. “We booked the Signed Sealed Delivered package and Brandon and Kellie exceeded expectations from planning to execution. While they came as a package deal, they each deserve their own review for their excellent work. Brandon from Signature DJs provided the best possible wedding DJ service. In planning the event, he was organized and thorough in working with us on the song list and order of events which he would be emceeing. Yet he took much of the burden off our shoulders by applying extensive experience and was flexible during the event in response to guests’ musical needs. The sound system quality was remarkable. He miked our ceremony, in which there were no sound issues, including the officiant, bride, groom, and a quartet in an expansive indoor space. The sound in the reception was also crisp and voluminous without preventing conversation – a difficult achievement. Complementary to the sound, Brandon provided “up lighting,” the maximum units of which we opted for. I recommend this choice because the lighting significantly supported the festive atmosphere to an extent I did not anticipate, though I trusted Brandon’s assertion that they would. Throughout the reception, Brandon monitored and responded to the energy of the dance floor to keep the party going all the way through the end of our time. He also provided a photo booth with an extensive set of props, which was a big hit with our guests, and which was of impressive, current technology. Finally, and this is the most memorable contribution, during the toasts to the bride and groom, Brandon interjected with a musical complement to a speech, which was perfectly humorous and elevating of the moment. Such an action could easily be detrimental, but Brandon’s judgement and awareness created a memory I will forever treasure. Concurrently, day-of coordinator Kellie was organized, knowledgeable, and delivers 100%. Here are some of the reasons why I highly recommend her. First, Kellie was super organized from the start. She set up a personal website for tracking to-do items and sent reminder emails to keep me on track with planning. She also helped me devise a precise wedding day timeline, reviewed my contracts with other vendors to confirm timing, and coordinated with them as a primary point of contact. She attended my final venue walkthrough and ceremony rehearsal to ensure everything was in order. Secondly, Kellie was very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question or issue. She identified issues I hadn’t considered and gave me advice and suggestions. She also had a great eye for detail and made sure everything looked perfect on the day. She texted me pictures of changes she made for my approval. She was always one step ahead of any problem and handled it before I noticed. Finally, Kellie delivered 100% on the day of the wedding. She showed up on time and immediately took over all setup and vendor instruction. She made sure everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline. She took care of the cleanup and packing at the end of the night. She moved my decoration pieces, cards, gifts, and photo guest book (already filled with the photobooth prints) to my hotel room and displayed them beautifully on a table. I was able to enjoy every moment of my wedding day without stress thanks to her. In summary, hiring Signature DJs Brandon and Kellie was the best decision I made for my wedding day. They went above and beyond what I expected. I cannot imagine better service.”

(We are from California) I wanted to surprise my husband with a Mariachi Band (he loves Mariachi) that offered quality in service and performance. I have a M.M from Kyoto University for Music & Art, and I fully understand what I was looking for in a Mariachi band. I investigated each Mariachi band here in NYC, their quality as musicians, social media, reviews etc. Many mariachi bands stated, "they are the best" or "Number 1 in NEW YORK CITY", but I can assure you all from looking at their YouTube performances & social medias that they are NOT. A few did play back, had a CD recording of an actual PROFESSIONAL band in the background while these so called "Best in NYC" made it seem as if it was them performing, FALSE advertisement. Once I saw Mariachi Hidalgo NYC, directed person with a B.A in Music & History. (Having a degree in any accredited field is one way to ensure the person knows what they are offering.) I investigated everything about this ensemble before contacting. YouTube , Instagram, all their social medias in order to understand whom I was calling. After checking out everything, proper technique on their instruments and vocals, no play back, presentable, quality musicians. I knew this band was going to be AMAZING! From the moment I called to book them until the performance's date this is what I received. A very professional service to not just me but my husband and guests as well. Very detailed in terms of explaining the full booking process, punctual, proper technique on their instruments & voice, an amazing show that interacts with the crowd. This band had it all! Everyone loved it! Visual Aspect:/ Performance Technical playing, clean suits, well groomed, presentable. 100/100 If you are looking for a mediocre or an economical option or a group to just make noise regardless of how they sound. Then I would not recommend this band for your event. If, however, you are looking for a PROFESSIONAL band to make your special moments even more memorial. Then YES, I recommend this band too you, Mariachi Hidalgo NYC! You will not be disappointed. Overall: Quality, Punctual, Presentable, Professional, Show/Performance, Amazing service from start to finish.
