Joshua and Carlyn founded Grace Statesville in 2011. Back then, we both found ourselves in pretty much every role required to keep the venue running and making sure the weddings went off without a hitch. We definitely learned a lot along the way, while continually improving the venue and learning how to create the best experience possible for our clients and guests.

Nestled right off Lake Norman in North Carolina, Chickadee Hill Farms sits on 25 rolling acres. We are a climate controlled post and bean barn with a gorgeous little white chapel. We also have a wooded outdoor ceremony site for the picture perfect wedding. You must also check out our 8 resident miniature rescue ponies. We are a Christian based, family owned wedding venue located in our hometown of Ellerbe, NC! The venue was built for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding in the fall of 2023. It was built as an act of love between an extremely close family.
