Our wedding was beautiful and turned out exactly how we imagined. We are so happy that we decided to have an intimate wedding. It allowed us to share the day with the friends and family we are closest to. We booked the intimate wedding package that included the estate and the retreat. Both locations are gorgeous and the retreat makes you feel like you’re secluded away in a Redwood wonderland. All of our guests were amazed at how everything turned out and thought we picked the perfect location for us. We loved being able to make a weekend out of our wedding instead of just one day. We are so happy with our choice! Tiffani was such a huge help. She is very creative and was so helpful when it came to making our ideas come to reality. She asked us about certain items along the way and even make a table mock up for us to look at. She helped guide us and provided support when it became stressful. She would always email, text, or call us when we had any questions. She understood our vision and executed it beyond our imagination. Her caring nature really helped us feel comfortable with decision making and we both appreciated her going the extra mile to find things she thought we would like. She even painted vases that she had to go with our colors and made flower arrangements as well. She already has certain décor items that couples can use which is a huge plus. Tiffani reminded us that having an intimate wedding was different than your typical wedding factory ceremony which was a huge plus for us. This allowed us more freedom to do things that meant something to us instead of what is “typically done”. We also had Tiffani be our officiant and she did a great job. She sent us a questionnaire and got to know us through the planning process which allowed her to write a ceremony that actually fit us and encouraged us to give her feedback. The location is breathtaking and all of our guests were amazed at how we found this gem. The retreat is surround by redwoods and is a peaceful place to be. We stayed an extra day at the Secret Redwood Retreat and never wanted to leave. It was so peaceful up in the redwoods and the house itself is so comfy and stylish. Tiffani has decorated the house with original boho pieces and quality furniture that she has fixed up. Our guests loved the deck in the back where we ate dinner and cut the cake. The custom live edge redwood tables looked so gorgeous with the terracotta décor. I could go on an on about this magical place…it’s really that great!!! If you’re looking for a unique experience, locations surrounded by nature, and someone to guide you along the way, then look no further!

Wedgewood at Sterling Hotel helped us create a perfect day. Our ceremony was held offsite and we did our cocktail and reception at the Sterling. The coordinators and staff were amazing to work with and made the experience as easy and low-stress as possible. The venue was beautifully set up and the Wedgewood vendors all did an amazing job. Our guests are still raving about the food, DJ, cake, and florals. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Riggers Loft is situated on the edge of the San Francisco Bay. It is urban chic with high loft ceilings and wooden trusses that invite further decoration. The venue is filled with windows looking out onto the bay with the city skyline directly across the bay. The inside space is 7000 square feet with a footprint that is malleable, and is easily and beautifully delineated by racks of wine barrels. Outside is a 5000 square foot patio overlooking the bay. Many lovely ceremonies have taken place there with sailboats drifting by, and seagulls and sea lions making their entrances as well.

Our company, Carrie Dove Catering & Events, has had the pleasure of working with the Rigger's Loft team on a number of events including weddings and milestone birthday parties. Every event is a huge success. Guests are always impressed with the beautiful views of the bay and incredible wine. The space offers a unique place to host an event. It has the cozy ambiance you typically see in wine country with wine barrels and large bar, while also providing an industrial vibe with its more urban setting. The team at Rigger's Loft is always a pleasure to work with. They are professional and passionate about events. They make sure every details is thought of which help us as caterers to do our job. I cannot recommend Boulder Ridge by Wedgewood Weddings enough! From booking the venue to coordinate with the ladies on my vision to Karyn being the best day of coordinator- we had such a smooth and successful wedding planning experience. I also love that you can text them pictures and text questions at anytime. It was so easy and helped make the process a bit more stress-free. On top off the service, the venue was stunning. My guests loved the long driveway and that the ceremony was outside. It was beautiful! The vendors provided by Wedgewood Weddings are also top notch. We used I Do Cakes (which they were able to make vegan) and it was so good. We even had guests ask where we got the cake (win!). We used DJ Kevin (imobile DJs) and he was so great! 98% of the wedding guests were on the dance floor by the end of the night. We also used Flower Divas- I was very particular and sent Shawna all of my pinterest pictures. She absolutely nailed it! Everything was beautiful and better than expected. We received so many compliments on the flowers.

Our experience with Mavericks House was exceptional from start to finish. Communication was effortless, with easy contact via email and their event portal. Brittani, our main contact, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, ensuring that we were always up-to-date on deadlines, payments, and required documentation/forms. The venue's payment schedule and pricing structure were transparent and easy to understand, and the payment portal made transactions simple and convenient. The portal also let us refer to current and past documents at any time, making planning much easier. One of the highlights of our experience was the delicious food and drinks provided by the venue. The menu we chose offered a variety of options, including 3 cocktail hour appetizers, starter salad, 3 different mains, 2 sides, a churro bar, wine list, beer list, and His/Hers signature cocktails. The tasting process to choose our menu and drink list was not only enjoyable but also helped us customize our selections to our preferences. During the tasting, we also chose tablecloth/napkin colors, table configurations, and many other details for our wedding. They also took into consideration our guests with sensitive food allergies. We needed accommodations for gluten free, nut free, and shellfish free guests. Our guests with these allergies said the staff were very helpful and provided food they could enjoy. One thing that truly set this venue apart was their accommodation for guests who didn't drink. They allowed us to have two His/Hers signature cocktails and a mocktail, ensuring that everyone had a special drink option. Additionally, they provided Martinelli sparkling cider in addition to champagne for our toast, catering to our non-drinking guests. Throughout our wedding day, the staff provided full support and assistance when necessary, including helping us set up our DIY decor/centerpieces. Whenever we wanted to get more drinks from the bar, a staff member made us feel special by getting our drinks quickly, making us feel like the VIPs of our event! Since we were busy taking photos during our cocktail hour, at dinner, the staff provided us with a sampler plate of the appetizers we missed during cocktail hour, which was very thoughtful! At the end of the night, clean up was a breeze as the staff quickly and efficiently helped us clean up well before our 11pm cut-off time. Overall, our experience with Mavericks House was wonderful, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a picturesque venue that offers great food, drinks, and exceptional service.
