Briarwood Golf Club is an elegant yet affordable wedding venue that gives you the feeling of being in the countryside while also being within 15 minutes of downtown Cleveland. The clubhouse features a picturesque 18-hole golf course and a beautiful, timeless backdrop for special celebrations. Briarwood has an outdoor ceremony space with scenic views of the golf course, a white pergola and a stone fireplace. You may serve drinks and hors d'oeuvres on the outdoor patio, where guests can mingle. Evening receptions take place in the spacious ballroom, where large windows offer peaceful vistas and abundant lighting. The dedicated event team is on hand to bring your dreams to life. Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades. The creative potential of the location caught our eye, and in 2016, we went to work to renovate the building. As event vendors ourselves, we designed The Madison to be the best parts of every cool venue we’ve ever worked from Seattle to New York City and Chicago to the Caribbean. In 2018, we reopened the restored space The Madison. We quickly gained acclaim from the area’s top event planners, community collaborators, and even local professional athletes. As Northeast Ohio’s premier event venue, our mission is to cultivate human connection and life’s treasured moments. Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. (If you know of Lakewood, you know parking is a hot commodity)

The Ballroom at Park Lane is a luxury banquet hall in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This upscale venue features iconic columns and a ornate crown molding for an elegant wedding celebration. Couples will find this ballroom eight minutes from the Agora Theater & Ballroom, near Case Western Reserve University. This structure was originally built in 1923. It opened as a luxury hotel and speakeasy for the elite. It changed with the times and, in the 1960s, served as a concert venue that hosted the likes of Bob Dylan and Arlo Guthrie. Today, it hosts weddings as timeless as the building itself.

The CoLab & The Lounge are two spaces (that can be used as one) located in a gem of a vintage building in Lakewood, Ohio. After peeling away layers of dated materials, we have restored her to her former glory. Our two spaces, connected by an internal doorway, feature loads of natural light, original 1922 hardwood floors and a beautiful tin ceiling. At 900 sf each, we are the perfect boutique venue, offering all the time-honored traditions on a beautifully intimate scale. Grand Affair includes both sides with cocktail hour, bartender service, washes and mixers. You can choose to book both sides for other events!
